Excellent taste !
I had to cut it in half and it was enough for two holiday meals. I slow cooked it in the crock pot and the flavor was amazing. I will be buying this again !

Taste was off
I have to agree with the other reviewer about the quality of this brisket. I followed a tried and true formula that has produced great results before. The flavor of this brisket was just off to say the least. If I had to guess it had been frozem before, thawed and then refrozen. Not really sure but all I know is the taste was bad on the usually tastiest parts.

Perfect for the smoker
Low and slow and it was ready to go!!! Perfect for smoking and the flavor was outstanding. Took smoke well and it was very tender and juicy! Smoked it low for about 6 hours then wrapped in foil for another 6 hrs. Got to just over 200 degrees and it was MONEY!!!!

Great Product!
Our brisket arrived frozen as it should have been. Was trimmed fairly decent and the meat had a great flavor. Overall great for smoking!

Item arrived with no coolant in cooler - hot and ruined
The packages arrived and when opens was warm with no coolant in cooler. Was a shame. Good looking piece of meat - but clearly not edible (completely bled out and warm to the touch). :(

I’m sticking with my local butcher
First the cooler arrived and the meat had already thawed on the corners secondly I smoke a brisket every 6 weeks or so and it was not the same cut that I get from my butcher. It says whole on the ad but it’s not a whole packer brisket. Just not happy with what was delivered.
