After having our Closet Maid ordinary closet system collapse for the 3rd time in 4 years, I gutted our closet and set this up temporarily in another area to hang our stuff while we did a remodeling of the master closet. I love Prince Hanger. With the floor to ceiling tension poles I will never again have the problems of the closetmaid always falling down (and tearing up the walls). The Prince Hanger system is pretty easily set up and taken down. It’s far sturdier than other closet systems we’ve had. The silver color is what I was after. The unique pant hangers are very neat so no more tipped hangers and wrinkled pant legs. In addition to this one we bought two silver single poles to hold hats, purses, coats and reusable masks and face shields. And also bought the the 4 pole pant & shelf system (which we have not yet opened), I only wish it were silver as well like this and the other pieces. The customer service from the USA rep is pretty good. He’s answered many of my questions over the phone, in emails and even here on Amazon. That speaks volumes. I recommend Prince Hanger. We like the reacher, too ❣️

Can really free up lots of closet space but not very stable. Always wobble sort of like a fishing pole with a 30lb steelhead on the line

Excellent quality! Seller was very quick to assist when I had trouble installing this product. I was able to purchase an accessory which I wanted to replace with a discount. I would definitely recommend this product.

I got awaY with using half of it onto of my dresser.

The supplied rubber o-rings (which are supposed to support the bars used to hang your clothes on) are not able to support the bars, thus the weight of the clothes (especially heavier clothes like wool suits, but really any anything will do it) slowly pulls the bar down until the whole things collapses. Overall, poor design when it comes to attaching pieces together resulting in an overall flimsy and unstable structure that is constantly collapsing or requiring re-adjustment. Also, there are almost no instructions beyond the very basic (non-illustrated) 1-page set of general directions, so if I'm doing something wrong there's no easy way for me to tell. I would recommend getting a more substantial system or (if you don't want to install anything) just a stand-along system, as this is the worst of both worlds.

I like that it organizes my closet well. I'm not in love with the pants hanger part. It's kind of hard to get them in and out, plus there are nearly enough hangers with it.
