9 1/2 Weeks Soundtrack

Loved the movie and always enjoyed the music. Made it a must have for my vinyl collection.

I have the VCR version but decided to buy the DVD. The movie was very clear without any grainy parts. After all this is a film that is not Gone With the Wind, so the producers from movie to VCR or DVD are not going to spend millions in reproduction. Worth buying to see Kim Basinger dancing to "You can leave your hat on." and Mickey Rourke's reactions. This far outshines Fifty Shades of Grey, as that movie's dialogue was so insane and was only reated high because of the nudity. Kim Basinger's figure was much better than Dakots Johnson.

I'm not one to buy soundtracks normally, but the music from 9½ Weeks is sublime. There is not a bad song on this CD. And if you've seen the movie 50 times or so, as I have, each song evokes the scene in which it was used. But I would strongly recommend this soundtrack to anyone, even if they haven't seen the film. The music stands quite firmly on its own.

Used to be hard to get this one, I found it right away and love it!

I didn't realize until I received the item that this soundtrack is incomplete. Kind of a bummer. It's still a great collection but all should be included.

When I first saw the movie in the 80s, I immediately went and bought the soundtrack. And wore out the cassette tape. This soundtrack has very good artists, some known and some unknown, and excellent tracks from each artist. I believe this cd stands on it's own away from the movie. In the movie...sublime.

I ordered a second copy of this so I will not be without it. I love everything on the soundtrack and I LOVED the movie and watch it often. I highly recommend this. I also believe the current generation would enjoy the music and the movie.

Déjà le film est superbe… Alors que dire de la bande son…Les titres incroyables, tous interprétés par des artistes de renom. On se replonge dans l’univers New Yorkais des années 80 !Un très bon pressage et quelle surprise de découvrir un disque coloré ! Couleur rouge translucide magnifique.En plus, l’album est fourni dans une pochette épaisse transparente refermanle…Je vous le recommande si vous êtes fan du film ou collectionneur.En plus, arrivé très bien emballé et dans les temps.Je suis ravi.
