Rapid Fire Hunter's Star LARGE Template Studio180 Design

I made a quilt that suggested I get this to help make the stars. It totally made it much easier to get the right size, most of my points all matched up!! (I'm only a beginner quilter, that's a big deal LOL)

This template has a clever design. I'm still in the learning process but so far, so good. I'm actually using jelly roll fabric with trimming in some cases, where strips are called for. That made it a bit more complicated but that's OK, a scrappy look is exactly what I want this time. The instructions are good and the YouTube videos are extremely helpful. Deb Tucker created a brilliant product. I probably would not have attempted a Hunter's Star Quilt otherwise.

I really liked this template. It was easy to use and was a great aide in making Hunter's Stars blocks.

This template works well once you get the hang of it. I had to make a test block to gauge the size and it is probably best to stick to a two color quilt at first.

This template makes a Hunter's star quilt so easy!!! I have wanted to make a Hunter's star for a while and have put it off due to the complexity of the pattern. Then I saw a YouTube video demoing this template and had to try it. I bought the template and was able to finish my quilt top in just 2 afternoons! I am looking forward to my next Hunter's star project using this template.

I bought this ruler because I thought it would make this project simpler and easy to calculate yardage. Not sure that's the case. Complicated/confusing instructions. I haven't made this block yet... but I've gone through the instructions several times, confusing. I've watched Deb's YouTube video so I know I can do it, but... 😏 Anyway, quality ruler material. Well packaged, arrived on time.
