I've had sensitive gums for a couple of years and have tried so many different toothbrushes and mouthwashes without improvement. I get sensitive spots that I have to be really careful to not irritate, and I think my gums have receded a little. I bought this dental probiotic as an act of desperation. I am so surprised that finally I've found something that helps. My gums feel better and I can tolerate brushing with a regular toothbrush. I think my breath is better and strangely, I feel like I get less afternoon abdominal bloating that I sometimes had. The affect was noticeable after just a couple of weeks. I brush and floss my teeth before bed and then slowly chew the tablet so it can work in my mouth while I sleep. It's really a game-changer for me.

I like the fact that it helps kill the bad bacteria leaving the good bacteria I also like the fact that it's safe for my two-year-old grandson he likes to chew it and then show me his tongue so I know he's chewing it all over his mouth it also helps to keep him from getting as many sore throat due to drainage and as we all know it's a struggle getting a two year old to brush their teeth or let you brush their teeth I like the fact that this helps get the spots I miss overall he loves mint so he likes the flavor of it only thing I don't like is that it looks like a pill and I don't want him thinking that he can chew any pill he sees that looks this I wish it looked more like candy unless Like A Pill but I will say I only give him half at a time because I don't know if him having a whole one would be too much product for him so if you're giving it to you your children or grandchildren under the age of four I would only give them a half once a day

I have been using this for about a month now. I'm not sure if it has improved my breath but I don't believe my breath was chronically offensive to begin with. I'm more concerned about taking my dental hygiene and breath freshness to a level where I am completely confident. When I began this I also started taking another halitosis product. It begins with a C. I can't remember the name of it at the moment. I believe that together they are producing extra fresh breath. I struggle with chronic phlegm in the back of my throat and I am concerned of the build-up of smellyness and stagnant or unhealthy organisms. I felt as though a probiotic specifically for dental health would be a good addition regardless of my breath. Reviews state that it's pleasant tasting. It is lightly minty without spicyness so it would be suitable for kids and those sensitive to the bite of strong mint. It's also described fairly well by others as to the texture. Personally, I don't like the mouth feel/chalkiness and weird crunch of it. Being an adult I can deal with it but it's not enjoyable. I've skipped taking it a couple of times because of the thought of it in my mouth. Perhaps I will ask my boyfriend if he has noticed my breath being fresher. He has not been informed that I was taking either product. Try it. Probiotics are good for you. Aside from not really liking them they're palatable enough to take them for good health.

doesnt taste all that great. The other brand on here (NatureWise) is MUCH better. Has the same probiotic strains too.

I have had bad breath all my life. I dont think it was bad enough that people stayed away but I always knew it was there. It got worse as I got older and started different meds. The NASTY taste in my mouth was immediate after brushing my teeth. I'd brush, scrape my tongue then brush my tongue AGAIN. I never had a completely fresh feeling mouth. I started taking these three days ago when they arrived. Literally right away I could tell a difference!!! The nasty taste was gone! I am literally amazed! Thank god for this product. So happy with it. Never submitted the above review and came back to set up monthly subscription now so I'll update. It has continued to work great! I am so thankful for this product. What an easy fix. I have avoided intimate situations all my life due to this problem. My teeth are healthy, I have excellent dental hygiene....couldn't figure out why I had this problem. I hate wearing these stupid masks but it has allowed me to not worry about the breath issue. Now, I don't have to worry at all. Try these, nice, subtle peppermint flavor.

Not sure that this product really works
