I purchased this for my TRX bands. Online, it looked equivalent to the TRX brand mount, and cost half as much, so I decided to give it a go. Structurally, it looks like it will be fine. I like that there is a weld between the cross pieces, which some of the mounts don't appear to have. My one complaint is that the coating is chipped off in places (it appears to be powder coated steel), revealing the common steel structure. I don't think that will have any impact on using the item, and it will just hang in my garage, so I'm willing to live with it. But, if you want something that both looks good and works well, you might want to spend the extra money for the TRX brand item.

Holding me up quite nicely

was what i wanted. comes with heavy duty lags and lighter screws, with a drill head.

I ordered two of these, and one came with several large sections of the paint chipped off, revealing the bare metal. In addition, it looks like these mounts are cheaply made, and quality control is not consistent.
