This pan is great! It's a good size and cleans up beautifully. The non-stick surface has performed well for both pancakes and French toast. I heat it up slowly as the instructions specify , and let it cool completely before hand-washing. I only use a silicone spatula on it and so far no scratches. It's a good weight - not too thin or overly heavy. The heat seems to get distributed well across the pan.

LOVE this piece of kitchen equipment! Large and easy-to-use surfaces (grill and griddle), easy to clean, have used it so far to grill meats and make fried eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything turns out great. The best thing is that it sits over multiple burners, so you can control the heat input at just the right spots.

I had hoped that I could retire my two cast iron griddles that are such a pain to clean. Yes I read about curing them and did all the right things, but I'm just not worshiping at the cast iron alter any more. On the other hand, this aluminum non-stick can be washed with soap and water (yea). It was very non-stick when I bought it many months ago, but it seems like it is a bit harder to clean lately. And I dislike the triangular recesses at the corners. Fat, grease, food bits gather in them and because of there sharp corners and bottom-to-side joints, they are quite difficult to clean. I realize that the food we eat doesn't get in there and that the rest of the cooking surface cleans OK, but I hate to see brown crud accumulate there. If, instead of sharp corners, they had rounded corners, like a 3-6 mm radius, it would be much easier to clean. All in all I'm happier with this than the cast iron, but there is still room for improvement.

I cannot be happier with this purchase. I always have the idea to prepare restaurant style grilled meals, but couldn’t find the perfect balance in a pan in between material, size, weight and results- this grill is absolutely awesome!! It has everything: light and sturdy, SUPER EASY to clean (just leave some water for an hour or so and it will be super effortless and effective cleaning without food or grease residues, ending literally like a new one - it is the most lovely feature), fits perfectly in the range, not a pain to storage, and food result woww!! … I definitely recommend it if you are in the fence, this is the one, you’ll not regret!

I wanted to test this pan in a real, everyday cooking situation - not just a quick demo - so I made a full dinner with chicken and vegetables on my gas stove. For context, I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment, so there is no outdoor grill involved here at all. At one point while cooking, my daughter actually asked me, “When did we get a grill?” — because the smell and look of the food was that convincing. Cooking performance: I preheated the pan and started cooking at 6:00 PM, using a small amount of olive oil on both the pan and the food. I have a traditional gas stove. No sticking - even with sauce: Nothing stuck during cooking, even after adding a teriyaki glaze. The chicken flipped cleanly, and the pan handled sauce without burning or sticking. Even heat across the entire surface: Everything cooked evenly with no noticeable hot or cold spots, even while cooking multiple items at once. Verified doneness across every piece: I temp-checked each piece of chicken individually before adding the glaze, and all of them reached safe internal temperatures (over 200°F). This showed consistent cooking across the whole pan. Great usable space: I was able to cook both protein and vegetables at the same time while keeping them separated, which made it practical for real meals (and helpful for food safety while cooking). 🔥 Real grill flavor (not just looks): One thing that genuinely surprised me is that the food didn’t just look grilled, it actually tasted like real grilled food, like straight off a barbecue. The grill ridges create proper searing and browning, giving that slightly charred, grilled flavor you normally only get from an outdoor grill. The chicken had true grill marks with flavor to match, and even the vegetables picked up that lightly charred taste. Real-life cook time: From preheated pan to a fully cooked meal, this took about 25 minutes total - cooking everything at once, not in batches. My meal was made for 3 people to share. That makes this a really practical option for everyday dinners. 🧼 Cleanup & maintenance: Cleanup was surprisingly easy, even after cooking with a glaze. After rinsing with hot water, about 85% of the residue came off immediately without even touching a sponge to it. The remaining bits were minimal and came off easily with a light spray dish cleaner and absolutely no scrubbing. Nothing felt stuck or baked-on, which is impressive since sauces like this usually leave behind stubborn residue. This is the kind of pan you don’t dread cleaning after dinner. 📏 Size, weight & handling: This is a fairly large and solid pan, measuring about 19 inches long and roughly 10.5–11 inches wide, and it weighs around 3.6 lbs. (I was surprised by how solid it was so and got myself on the scale - then again while holding the pan to record its actual weight). It feels sturdy and well-made - not flimsy - but the size and weight are definitely noticeable. Because of the length, it doesn’t fit flat in a standard sink, so I had to wash it at an angle. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The size is great for cooking full meals, but it’s something to consider for storage and cleaning. Instructions & important notes: This pan comes with a double-sided instruction sheet that includes important usage guidelines that aren’t clearly listed on the product page. Things like: • Recommended heat levels (low to medium) • Hand washing to maintain the coating • Avoiding metal utensils • General care instructions I definitely recommend reading this before using the pan to get the best results and avoid damaging the surface. ⚠️ Things to be aware of: • Best used on low to medium heat • Not compatible with induction cooktops • Larger size may require a properly sized burner • Heavier than standard pans, so use two hands when handling ✅ Final thoughts: This isn’t just a pan that looks like a grill - it actually performs like one. Between the even cooking, real grilled flavor, easy cleanup, and ability to cook a full meal at once, this feels like a genuinely useful addition to the kitchen. If you want that grilled taste without leaving your house (or, like me, from a 3rd-floor apartment), this absolutely delivers.

As with all the SENSARTE pots & pans I’ve purchased to date, I am equally pleased with their griddle/grill pan. It cooks food evenly, and its size lets you prepare eggs & bacon or pancakes together. AND as a bonus, it cleans up super easy — no scraping or scrubbing needed (even if you burned a bit food, haha).

Cooks very even and clean up is quick and easy. Medium Low heat seems to work best.

Great for cooking breakfast, dinner or whatever. Fits perfectly on my Genesis Jet boil and Furion propane stovetop. Love being able to cook everything on one flat top without having a bunch pots and pans to clean up after.

Bought this to use over my Coleman camping stove. Not a perfect fit as it slides around if you don't push it up against the edge. Truely non stick I cooked lots of things including eggs with didn't stick at all. Heat distribution is ok, you definitely need to move around and learn the hot spots. Cleanup was also very easy with this item.
