I had a few questions, and upon my interaction with a representative via email -- I felt exponentially more thrilled to give business to a company that provided me with such outstanding support. I received a response within an impressively short wait, I received ACCURATE and THOROUGH answers to my questions. I felt a little bad for coming back with even MORE questions, and wouldn't have been surprised if my case was sent to purgatory and considered "closed" after such a thorough response. I used to manage and train a customer service department and sometimes there were problems with agents thinking that they gave the customer's inquiry enough attention and get to the next interactin to improve performance metrics. This did not happen with Underwater Audio, my second round of questioning was acknowledged and addressed with the same speed and enthusiasm.I wish I could afford to buy this for several friends. Great product, works well and customer service is responsive. I have unusually small ear canals, so I had, and still have, a lot of trouble with fit. they sent me a pair of extra small buds that they don't include in the kit. That helped, but for me anything less than full on custom is problematic. So the four stars is probably just based on my own anatomical issues that leave me fiddling with the buds more than i would like. If you have more average ears you will likely feel this is a five star product.

Great product!!!! I LOVE my new iPod shuffle! Swimming is no longer BORING!!! Music makes it so much better and I love the fact that I can download my favorites to this device and take them w me in the water. I had looked at another Mp3 player but being an all Apple user I decide this was going to be a much easier/user friendly way to go. Thanks!!! My only complaint is the price - it was really hard to part w that much $ for it but supply and demand is what drives the market in any thing thats for sale. Thank you for making my swims so much better!

I ordered this bundle and will be sending it back. Everything was in the box, but it is not the newest version of the ipod shuffle - the earbuds were from a few years ago. If I am paying for a new shuffle, I would like to have the newest version not a version from a few years back. As well, there are NO instructions about which earbuds to use, how they should fit etc. I went to the website and nothing there either. As it is with Apple, they discontinue the updates and etc. for their older products...so I do not want to buy an older version shuffle, and then get stuck with no updates and cannot use this older version, in like... a year.

I haven't had any issues with either the iPod shuffle or headphones. The buttons loosen up after the first use and if you choose the right "tree shaped" ear buds your ears are completely sealed -- not water gets in.My only issues is that I can't download any music from Apple Music/Spotify streaming services. But that's more of an Apple issue.My swim sessions are 100% more enjoyable now I have music in my ears!

Gift for my 24-year old daughter who swims laps many times per week, 3 miles per session. She loves it and I scored a terrific birthday present! She said she was perfectly comfortable and had it adjusted and performing perfectly after just two sessions. Loves it and can not swim with out it!

Absolutely the best purchase for swimming! I also use it in my hot tub its great! Listeneing to music makes me swim harder, farther and faster! Great, great, great purchase well worth the money!

This product worked very well for about a year and a few months. It made swimming laps enjoyable. I even bought a second one for my brother who is also a swimmer, but then one day it stopped taking a charge. I have no idea what to do now. $250 is a lot for only a little over a year.

I'm very happy with this product. The headphones have so many interchangeable buds that you are sure to find one that fits your ears. The sound quality is great above and below water. I have only used the tree buds, and they fit perfectly and block out practically all outside sounds! The length of the cable is great and never gets in the way. The plastic part of the headphones are a little bit bigger than your average so do protrude from your ears a bit, but I've actually found that this is great as wearing a swimming hat over them keeps the right amount of pressure to keep them snuggly in your ears. The buttons on the iPod feel a little bit stiff which I think is because of the waterproofing but I haven't had a problem with that. The case that the iPod comes with is high quality, the zipper runs smoothly and it has two net parts to hold items. I didn't realise it was going to come with a case so I bought one online but the case it comes with is much better. I'm very happy. It makes swimming lengths a much more enjoyable experience.

Fantastic item and fantastic service from the provider. The second purchase that I have made in two weeks! I bought one for myself and after trying them once my husband wanted a set. We both try to swim regularly for health r adorns and the swim is much more enjoyable with music. Thank you.

It is magic. The experience of having music and to swim at the same time is brilliant...Sometime a bit annoying as one side of the headphone stop working... With a little adjustment to the ear plug, the sound comes back...

Al conectar el iPod a un ordenador, no era reconocido por el mismo.Empleé ordenadores de Apple con distintos sistemas operativos e incluso algún PC con sistema operativo Microsoft.No conseguí que apareciese con ninguno.No pude probarlo.Hubiese pedido un reemplazo si no fuese porque los auriculares son de aspecto muy endeble.Los cables son más finos que los que te dan en el tren de alta velocidad.Además le faltaba uno de los típs.Ninguno de los que venían se quedaban en su sitio, por lo que de haberlo usado en la piscina habría entrado agua.
