Purchased / used in foyer for 35lb large diameter light. Painters broke attachment hook at base plate and crazy glued it. Installed this and it was good quality and went well and quick

Clear instructions of a size not needing a magnifying glass to read were included. Like the fact that no screws are visible. Makes for a nice clean look.

Nice if you have the right light fixture.
This would be nice for a more modern or sleek light fixture. Color was a pretty dark more bronze gold with a shinny gloss finish. It was a good size but just didn't work for my more antique fixture. But for the right fixture it would be good.

I bought a plug-in beautiful old fashioned hanging light but when we redesigned the kitchen I hardwired it in but it did not have a ceiling cover to match. This one worked perfectly.
