Cast Magnesium Apple/Potato Peeler Corer by Spiralizer, Durable Heavy Duty Die Cast Magnesium Alloy Peelers

I bought this apple peeler after reading many reviews and having used 2 different peelers. One was Pampered Chef, it was a giant waste of my money. The other was an off brand. I had two of that one, an older version(worked well) and then a newer version(not so well). I spent about a week reading reviews for 5 different apple peelers. The thing that sold me on this one was the fact that one or two people had had slight problems with the peeler and the company had replaced it. I bought mine, it came in the mail, I broke it out and went to work! The ease with which I peeled. cored and sliced almost 8 bushels, yes BUSHELS, apples last fall was amazing. I dehydrated apples (my kids love them as a snack), made apple sauce, and apple butter. It didn't matter whether the apples were large apples from the Amish market, or smaller ones off the trees across the road from our house. It took really no time or effort. it is so efficient, I would snap off the ends of the apples and toss them to the dogs. three dogs, a snack every 45 seconds, they love the apple peeler and lay all over the kitchen floor while I am peeling apples. I had a small problem, one of the pins that holds the apple in place came out, and while I could put it back in, it didn't stay. I contacted the company, and as soon as I provided the order number, a full replacement was on its way to me. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking and I can see it being an awesome gift for many of my family members this year.

Never had one before and at first I was disappointed that it spiral cut the apple in addition to peeling and coring. I expected it to only core and peel! Shows what I know. The spiral cut is fine makes it easy to make pies with uniform slices inside. Amazed that core and peel function did not waste much apple at all. less than doing it by hand I would say. A little disconcerted by the various adjustments you can make - again never had one before. I just went ahead and used it on granny Smith apples and it worked great out of the box. Suction cup held firm to counter. I would say this little gadget exceeded my expectations in every way. Great inexpensive tool!

This corer has been such a great little kitchen tool! It saves me so much time, especially when prepping snacks for the kids or making pies. It’s super easy to use—just put on the apple and crank away. Peeled and cored in less than one minute! I haven't tried this with any vegetables. It works for small to medium sized. Anything large I struggled to get the core to stay centered. The quality is good. It feels sturdy and well-designed, not flimsy like some others I’ve tried. Plus, it’s a breeze to clean—just a quick rinse or toss it in the dishwasher. I've used it at least 20+ times and haven't noticed any discoloration or rusting. Additionally, it's small enough to store in a cabinet or deep drawer. If you eat apples regularly or bake often, this is definitely a must-have. Simple, efficient, and totally worth it!

I don’t usually take the time to write a review, but I have had the best customer service with a company I’ve ever had. We go apple picking every year and purchase a high volume of apples to turn into applesauce. This year I knew I needed something to help streamline the process. I purchased the Apple Peeler Spiralizer in September. I was extremely pleased with the ease of use, the corer, peeler, slicer, and the fact that my kids could operate it as well. Definitely made the process much easier and quicker. The problem I had was I couldn’t get good suction. It kept losing suction in the midst of peeling. This is the part that made me fall in love with this company and product. I call customer service and had a person answer the phone without any prompts, I explained my issue, gave him my order number, he apologized, and said a new one would be in the mail. He explained there is a lifetime warranty and gave me some troubleshooting tips to try in the future and even said I did not need to send the product back in! That may seem silly to some, but having to rebox, print labels, and drop package off to be sent is a major hassle to me. Anyways, this product is definitely worth its weight in gold, especially when I receive one with better suction!

The most expensive version is just the same as the cheapest on sale. We have bought others, which fell apart in use, this is no different. It is not heavy as claimed by some, very lightweight. Tested with an eating apple, it peeled half of it, does not follow the curve of the apple and I am very used to setting these up. Next usage was an cooking apple, well it peeled 40% then could not cope with the second half as the curve diminished, both apples were un-peelable and we have peeled 20 such apples with an identical unit from Lakeland, which lasted two years. We will return this and buy the cheaper version. Note this comes with a scannable barcode offer of a hand peeler, no-one ever responded to the communication, which is by Facebook messenger for some bizarre reason.

This is an absolute life saver with quick and efficient use!! Soo happy with this purchase & arrived on time! Just wish the packaging could of been better tho tbh but it is honestly perfect and does it’s job with peeling potatoes & apples! Amazing product! Highly recommend!
