It’s my go-to for post-workout recovery since the 50g of protein helps me feel recharged and ready for the next session. It mixes well as long as you shake/blend it sufficiently. A serving is 2 heaping scoops. Add an equal amount of milk/water, and then shake. Because it contains a decent amount of casein protein, you'll need to add more milk/water once you shake it a bit as it absorbs the powder and thickens up. Shake/add until it's the consistency you want. You can't leave it and come back as it will clump up. It keeps me full for hours, making it perfect for a quick snack between meals, with no bloating, gas, etc. I’ve tried other protein shakes, but this one really stands out in both flavor and effectiveness. Definitely sticking with it! I use 2% milk in mine so I get a serving of dairy and calcium. Add in some Creatine and you've got a great pre-workout shake (1-2 hrs before your workout).

Of all the protein drinks I have tried over the last couple decades, this is my favorite! With low sugar & carbs, and high protein, it's hard to beat. The flavor is yummy, and it makes a great mouse-like foam if you let it sit after mixing. It doesn't have that protein shake weird taste, nor does it have an after-taste. I love the chocolate. The strawberry is a bit too sweet for me, and I have never tried the vanilla. I have purchased about a dozen containers of this so far & will continue t order it.
