Terrible experience with this Model DVR
Cameras show however the unit continuously reboots itself. I'm unable to get into settings as the unit will freeze. I reached out to the seller and they offered a suggestion of doing a firmware upgrade. This was done and i was able to get into settings, however, the unit continues to reboot after a while of being powered. There is no sign of overheating either. Due to the constant resetting, i am unable to view recordings as the files are almost always corrupt. The software experience has been horrible and is extremely slow to respond most times.Now, i have used this brand many times in the past but this exact model DVR has been the worst ever.I urge you to purchase another unit.

Customer service
Pictures break up and dvr reboots itself at any time . Customer service doesn't response to product support I have tried 3 times.

Had an issue with the firmware update. I contacted Coco at customer service and she sent me out a new one. A+++ service. Now I’m up and running with no issues, works great!!!

Customer Service was great
I had a unit that would not reboot after a power failure. Zosi provided a software upgrade, but it didn't work, so they replaced the unit. No hassle.The customer service representative I dealt with was Cathy. She was very responsive, and kept me up to date on all that was going on with my issues.She did an excellent job.
