how much water to mix for 1 gallon

I don't remember offhand. We just follow the amounts described on the concentrate bottle, adjusting it according to the size of the spray bottle in which we are mixing it.

My business is located in an old steel building and we have issues with Possums and Racoons. Will this product work on them?

I use it for mice but it should also help with racoons and possum, it has a srong mint odor.

Does this work for an attic? We have squirrels in our attic.

I used it in my attic, I sprayed it out of a pump up sprayer.

How often do you have to apply it? Would it be on a continual basis.

We apply it a couple of times in the fall and again maybe in late fall, then maybe again in the early spring.... amazing results!!! Applying is easy since it is just a matter of spraying around the perimeter of the house and all vulnerable areas, like outdoor grills.
