Made to order & give much relief
I started with the lowest compression for 6 months B4 getting going onto the heavy duty 20-30. I tried thigh-high stockings except my thighs aren't built that way & I could never keep 'em up, & I got no relief from them hurting. If you're fat & under 5'5" (which I am) you'll need PETITEs. The first few months felt like those videos you see of cats trying to walk after being dressed in knitted sweaters. The reason your first order's a tad slow is they're producing the hose to you order size. From then on more pairs will arrive sooner - I have 3 which I rotate: 1 to wear, 1 drying & 1 spare. They really keep my circulation going back uphill & my body temperature warm! Seriously, ever since my doc suggested I start wearing 'em cuz of knees surgeries 60 yrs ago + current fungus growths from working in the yarden that were not going away, my legs are calmer & stronger... much relief. With daily applications of TINEACIDE the fungus is gone = good for toe nails, cuticles & elbows too. After a day of wearing the hose I take 'em off when my legs start aching - bought a dandy plastic shovel thingie which scraped my ankle bones something fierce, so I slide my fingers down over my heel & they're off!. The bending's good for me!I also use:1. a Stocking Donner to pull 'em up my calf... a must if hauling on that compression hurts your shoulders. Pull the toe fabric away from toes B4 putting on shoes, that way your toes won't feel so scrunched up.2. Jobst It Stays Roll-on Body Adhesive 2 oz. to keep the top stuck up so they don't slide down.If you want 'em to last: wash inside out every 3-4 days in warm water + dab of dish soap, squeezing gently = NO crushing, rinse by pouring water from faucet into the stocking & squeezing out thru toes, roll in a towel to squeeze dry then hang to finish from hem, not toes. Do not put in a dryer.I recommend Mediven's products cuz they fit, work & last!

She is pleased with the fit and comfort she has worn them ...
Exactly what my mom was looking for ... The dr provided the compression needed. The socks were tough to get on however that is what she needed. She is pleased with the fit and comfort she has worn them for several days and will look to purchase more in the future.10/26 -Item purchase for mother and after several times worn.. the socks have snags and starting to tear... mom would like her money back.

I was a little disappointed in the last pair I got
I was a little disappointed in the last pair I got. They were thinner and in three washing's I had 2 holes. My other ones lasted a lot better than that. They are easy to get on and feel good after they are on. I will order again and see if it was a one time issue. I probably won't order the natural color again because all the others I have are black and they were a thicker sock.

Best
This product is expensive but worth it. Far and above a cheaper brand that I tried. Doctor recommended this.
