Plano Storage Trunks

Very efficient storage box that I am using in my Chevy Suburban car camper. The handles on the short side accommodate tiedowns to secure to the floor so that storage unit does not move when driving over rough terrain. Appreciate having the snap buckles on both sides of the lid for easy access from within the car or from the tailgate. You can put a surprising amount of supplies within this box. I place a cutting board on the top lid and use for a convenient work surface. Highly recommend.

This Plano Sportsman’s Trunk has been extremely helpful for storage in the bed of my truck. It is a great size and holds a surprising amount of gear without feeling flimsy or cheap. The plastic is thick and sturdy and it feels like it can actually handle being tossed around and used outdoors 💪. The lid closes securely and it keeps everything contained and organized instead of having random stuff sliding around back there. It has been especially useful for keeping tools, supplies, and extra gear in one spot without cluttering up my truck. If you need a durable storage box for truck bed use, garage storage, or even moving gear around, I would absolutely recommend this one. Super practical and worth it 🖤🔒👍

I got a couple of these for my camper van. One hold shoes & boots and the other one holds tools and spare parts. Although they're not fully waterproof, they do pretty well. To be safe, I used some weatherstripping to seal them up and now they are quite waterproof, though certainly not submersible. The lighter one of the two lives on my roof rack and has held up well to the elements and UV. That one has faded a bit in the Colorado sun, but doesn't seem to be suffering structurally at all. The other one is too heavy to lift up to my roof rack, so it lives in the van, but gets moved outside once I've found my campsite to make room. They are lockable, but would require two locks to secure, as you can lock one side and still open it from the other side, which is probably the only negative I can see. They do stack and "nest" very well. I did see these in a special edition once that already had weather sealing, but they sold out quickly and it's super easy to do it yourself for way less money. As I recall, I used 1/2" foam weatherstripping with the self-adhesive strip on one side, like you'd use to seal up a door. There's a perfect area inside the lid to apply the foam weather seal. I didn't choose black because I thought it would get really hot when exposed to direct sun. They are easily strong enough to sit on, but I don't think I'd chance standing on them.

Good size for gear, tools, or camping stuff. The wheels make it easy to move around even when it’s full, and the lid latches securely with room for a lock. It feels sturdy enough for regular use and stacks nicely. I’ve used it for a few months now with no major issues. Good value overall.

Storage for groceries in my truck bed? Perfect. Camping supplies? Perfect. Garage storage? Perfect. These are affordable but high quality storage containers. It looks very sleek, they’re stackable, and easy to open and close. I’ve bought 4 of these now. And I’ll buy more.

I bought the trio of small in green drab. I can’t handle carrying medium or large. Since these boxes are for camping, outdoor cooking, or ferrying misc stuff, the lack of length is fine by me. They seem to be solid and tough. The only reservation I have is the black locking thing. When I took the cover out of the shipping box, the black pull things are mostly dislodged. They can be pushed back into the slot but future failure is there. I like the dark green color, more interesting than black. I use a Stanley lunch box as comparison in photos. Another photo shows what I put inside (portable speaker, shaving mirrors, 3 sets of drafting lights, one ring light, extension cord, charging cords etc.)

The box is built very good; the plastic is thick and seems like it'll hold up well.

Great option, but the whole top is removable latches so you’ll need a minimum of 2 locks. Otherwise it’s a great option and value.

Solide, praktisch, gut. Für den Preis kriegt man nichts besseres, zumindest hab ich nichts finden können. Nur zu empfehlen. Top.
