JNH Lifestyles MG301RB MG317RB Infrared Sauna

I bought this after reading many reviews, got the three person model so my wife could lay on the bench(mostly) and we could both sit in it at once. I don't think the two person would accommodate us both. Overall shipping and packaging were great, a couple of light scratches on the bench top was the only negative. I do wish the bench itself had a bit more secure mounting but that's nothing a few screws can't solve. Waiting on electrician to upgrade the receptacle, will update my review after I get it running. So far only giving 4 stars because it is MUCH lighter in color than pics indicate. Pic attached.Update 1/20/2017:Got the receptacle updated today and powered on! Set the temp to 140 and let it run for 59 minutes. Its currently got 20 minutes left and my own temperature sensor is reading 149, granted thats at the inside/top of the unit where all the heat rises. However, super happy with that as ive read several other Indoor Sauna reviews where the units were not getting up to stated temperatures and it was my biggest concern. Would recommend to others.

I got white glove deliver which is VERY important.Once assembled, this is a piece of furniture. Even though it is large, it is not ugly on the contrary it is attractive. It heats up quickly and holds the heat very well. It can be assembled in about an hour or so. I got this sauna for around 500 cheaper than on the sellers website. It took about 4 weeks to Get it. Instructions for the whole setup where one side of a sheet of paper. It’s easy enough but spend the other nickel and make it 3 pages with WORDS on it. One piece was scratched enough to warrant a call into support. They emailed and called me back and took care of it in less than 24 hours. It’s dark inside and not as dark as picture at all. I would suggest getting some insulation for door and where the power cable comes out as well to heat up and save energy (debating on foam in ceiling too now). Wood is thin and should be thicker on floor and bench imo. But for the price it works etc.

We purchased this sauna and it is easy to set up and a good value pricewise and infrared saunas are a good value healthwise also. Delivery came on time with only one delivery person so someone who can help with the large boxes needs to be available. It was easy for me to help my husband with carrying the panels to into the room once the boxes were opened and they fit together easily and it looks great ! When we had a question about set-up we found customer service very accessible. I recommend the 3 person sizewise even if only 2 people will be using it if possible so you can really be comfortable.

Model that i received was NOT model advertised......rep said Amazon did NOT update advertisement.The Specs were the SAME, but i would like to have been advised of situation before finale shipment, out of courtesy.So far the unit is VERY NICE.....the wood definetly is NOT ALL cedar as i origionally thought.

The sauna arrived packaged really well and what was impressive was the company reaching out to me directly even before the product arrived to establish support . I would agree with other reviewer‘s that it is incredibly easy to put together and I have used it only once so far but it begins to warm up really quickly . If you have the space I would recommend buying this and I have mine set up in the basement and was the perfect addition to an oversized bathroom.

Your team contacted me and worked out a time for the manager in the “area” to stop by to check the sauna. He (and his wife) made the 4 ½ hour drive to my home in Fresno from Ontario, CA (South-East of Los Angeles) on a Saturday to resolve the problem within 48 hours of my initial contact.I am completely floored that your team took that much time as quickly as you did to ensure that my family and I remain happy customers.
