J'utilise le EAA Zero de BioTechUSA depuis quelques semaines et j'en suis vraiment ravi. La poudre se mélange parfaitement dans le shaker, sans faire de grumeaux, ce qui est très appréciable. Le goût est excellent : c'est rafraîchissant, pas trop chimique et surtout pas écœurant pendant l'effort. Côté efficacité, on sent une vraie différence sur l'endurance pendant la séance et sur la récupération musculaire après l'entraînement. Le gros point fort de ce produit reste sa composition : il apporte tous les acides aminés essentiels dont le corps a besoin, avec l'avantage d'être totalement sans sucre. C'est parfait pour s'hydrater intelligemment, même en période de sèche !
