Easy to use and a nice long lead
I do not have stairs so not stared that. Easy to assemble, easy to use, and does all it says it will do and large dust bag, very pleased with it compared with my last one that took as long to clean out as vacuum my flat.👍

old was better
I had used a henry vacuum a long time back, this model i didnot find very good after two weeks i sent it back.had to use rubber gloves to change the brush head.when you pushed it backwards it toppled over, just didnot move well, heavy to use.the only good part was the suction, too good the valve to change the air flow was impossible to move, So it is back to my little cheap one, light but usefull.

Replacement for older Henry which is going to our daughter
It's a bit smaller than our older Henry with 6ltr rather than 9ltr capacity, but that's better for when you carry it. Seems a bit quieter. I assume it will be just as reliable as the old one. Having taken the old one apart there is not much that can go wrong with them. Even less so on newer models which don't have the two speed rocker switch and associated switch board. The vacuum levels are strong and it looks capable of taking some abuse. It's also very very simple to use and maintain. The only reason not to have a Henry Eco is if it's too heavy you need fancy features or don't like the large bags it uses to hold everything vacuumed. The only thing not to like is that you have to clear fluff and hairs manually from the variety of heads you can attach, it can take more effort to move the head due to high suction levels and it does take up a reasonable amount of space to store.
