Glip AF800 Oil-Less Air Fryer, Black

"Hot Off The Press" or more appropriately, " Hot Out Da Air". Ordered two days ago from Amazon, and just delivered, on a Sunday no doubt. So right smack-dab in the middle of NFL live games with two TVs going, I break this puppy out, and put in a handful of Oreda extra-crispy Kringle-cut fries(after pre-heating for three minutes) set timer for nine minutes(I fully meant to just check and then shake and put back for three minutes, but they were golden brown and looked ready, so I didn't put back in again) and wa-la, golden delicious yummyness. I am very happy because this was my primary reason for buying this, making yummy French Fries. This new-fangeled gadget worked as advertised, worked like a charm. Finally no mess, no weird fumes and no smoke. Well I am a very happy consumer both in buying and eating. Well this commercial is over and it's time to go back to the NFL games. I hope this helps any potential buyers. One last note, I keep waiting for this product to play music!

Nice appliance, easy to use and it gets used all the time at my house. Think of it more like a small convection oven that can cook the best Grilled Cheese sandwich I have every made. But if you are sizing down from a 5qt it is really a lot smaller. I have gotten used to that but it was rather shocking at first the difference it made.

so far not impressed, nothing I've cooked following the recipes that were included has worked! hopefully it will get better - but not holding much hope

Quick frying for 1 piece only if you want it to brown. Not crispy. Efficient and does not smell the house.

I don't see any difference in fries done in this and those done on a PERFORATED pan in the oven. If you had no oven, this could be used in place of one for a lot of things (like in a dorm) otherwise it just takes up space and offers no advantage over an oven.

used it yesterday for the first time. wanted to use it for breaded fish and decided it was way too small. i prefer a deep fryer for fish. used it for jalapeno poppers and it worked great. good for frozen foods, but not main dish meats and fish - IMHO.

It lasted for 1 year and 3 months on daily use.It does no longer heat, the fan still works lol.When it worked it did it pretty good it is a shame that my Glip died it was my multiuses apparatus lolI give it 4 stars

I gave the product 3 stars because it cooks alright but there is a peculiar odor when I cooked French fries. Don't know what it is.AND YES I did clean the air fryer BEFORE using.
