DIdn't improve water flow but did make the shower a little bit more enjoyable the water seems to fall down less harsh. Would recommend but don't expect the water pressure to suddenly improve in all cases.

If you have an old generic type head then I would suggest changing it, got mine yesterday and the water pressure was increased as well as the water feeling softer on the skin. The shower options are great even on the massager which I normally hate because it feels like pin pricks but because the water is softer you don't get that here. Fast delivery always a plus although I am missing one spare metal disc but then again I am unsure of how to swap them anyway as the screw top is on very tight. I do like the design even being a see through plastic shell; it does feel sturdy and easy to see any dirt build up if any occur, the head was easy to install but with the higher pressure my holder allows it to move slightly so may have to invest in a new one. One shower makes a difference my skin feels softer, smoother and weird to say but I feel cleaner.

It was fine until this morning when the plastic split at the joint between the head and the hose spilling all the beads into the shower. Luckily I'd kept the old one and swapped it quickly so that my wife could finish her shower.

Made from cheap plastic can't see it lasts 4 months !!Buy something better quality!!!

Used in a campervan via a camplux water heater and a 12v shurflo water pump system.The on / off allows me to control the water in the shower as the box is on the other side of the wall.... pressure is good and water feels soft. The thickness of the handle part is a bit too wide it had to be jammed hard into the holder I got from b&q so it could be doing with being smaller for a holderUpdate: this shower cannot sustain a constant pressure to it. The system it was set up to run with uses the on off to control the water flow. Because I regularly didn’t turn the power off at the battery there was constant pressure I guess waiting on the shower head and I came back to a flooded van. It destroyed some electrics. The base plastic cracked. Don’t use it with a camping set up … it was used like 10 times.

It was very simple to install, you can’t get it wrong. The water is softer, it hasn’t improved the power really but it’s ok, handy off button on the head for washing the kids hair. Seems to take longer for a temperature change to take effect in the output.

As we live in a very hard water area the shower head was ordered to try to soften the water. I have found the water is definitely kinder to the skin, which makes having a shower much more enjoyable.
