This lower back support belt assisted me to complete my lifting work during my seasonal contract throughout December 2025. I felt less tiring after using it to support my back and it is easy to put on.

It’s very good it supports the back well. Works better against the skin as it moves when over clothes.

This lower back support has helped my back problems a lot. It offers essential support to allow me to do physical activities that l wouldn't do normally, because of my worn discs.

Order a bigger size it is quite small I ordered a waist size 34inch to 39inch I am a 34 and I struggled to tighten it

This belt does not provide much support at all. The metal stays in the back are spaced too widely apart and instead of being on my back they are almost to my kidneys. I do have the correct size and it fits decently, but just doesn't provide support. I do like the mesh front, seems like it would breath really well. Lastly the stitching came very frayed in many spots, I would seriously be worried about the longevity of this belt.

Perfect
