Excellent toothbrush and keeps teeth really clean. The new style head is much easier to add and remove without fiddling with small coloured bands. It also lets you know when to renew the head a bonus in my opinion as it was guesswork before. Longer battery recharge time too. Win win.

Love my brushes as they cleaning well and have a long time last but I always changed them as I always checking my app. Me and my partner love iO 9 toothbrushes . I won’t change them for anything . Generally I find the Oral-B IO toothbrush design to be far superior to the Oral-B Pro range that it replaces and teeth feel significantly cleaner after use. These replacement heads are expensive but unlike the 3rd party varieties I've tried which are far noisier and rattle themselves apart in a few weeks, these are quiet and last long enough to need replacing due to the brush filament wearing out. I've dropped it by one star due to the utterly insane identifying scheme that allows multiple family members to identify which brush head is theirs. On the Oral-B Pro, an interchangeable colour ring was available on each brush head, which worked exceptionally well on early blurry mornings to identify who's whose. These IO heads have a permanent tiny symbol printed on them in a colour carefully selected to be as close to that of the plastic itself as possible. When I get up I can barely focus on the brush head, let alone the ghost-like microscopic symbol, and so this makes for a surprisingly annoying feature of the design that is frustrating and unexpected especially given the cost. In comparison the 3rd party products I've tried have a huge 5mm wide bright colour band on them for less than a quarter of the money.

I bought these Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean replacement heads to keep my iO toothbrush performing as it should. They fit perfectly and are easy to swap over. In use, they clean very effectively and feel noticeably thorough, especially around the gum line and between teeth. The twisted and angled bristles do a good job without feeling harsh. Build quality feels high, and they hold their shape well rather than splaying out quickly. Like all iO heads, they’re not cheap, but performance is consistently good. Overall, a solid replacement option that maintains the cleaning quality you expect from the iO system.

so much more effective than manual or Phillips sonic brush with io 7 per our non-scientific experience. thelis brish with the io series 7 are impressive combo, avoiding rapid tartar buildup on the inside of my lower front teeth, using bi-pap the mouth dries up, and the buildup was bad after just two weeks with manual brush, needing hard scraping with metal hook to remove, after switching the metal hook is not needed for much longer intervals which to me says its doing s better job (Brushing frequency was twice a day for either option). but the prrof is with the dentist where the cleaning was easier and the gum depth readins improved for the bigger numbers (4,5) by 1 on average. brushes also last several month, we use them for 3m and we try to only apply a light pressure and no traditional brushing motion, just glide to a new tooth and dwell for a second or so, then glide to the next tooth.
