Genius Kit, Ages 6-10, 7 STEM Learning Games, Spelling & Math, iPad

This is incredible for my 5 year old! She uses it often and being out of school this year it has been a Godsend. Keeps her busy for quite a while and is great in teaching her numbers and letters. I’m not sure why Amazon is asking me to refer to the thickness or warmth of this item. I guess it could be warm if you set it in the sun...or hold it for a while. It’s thick plastic...the game pieces are more of a cardboard but thick cardboard. Definitely a gif table item if said gift receiver has an appropriate tablet.

We were so excited to get this set and honestly I am blown away at this interactive educational game for my kids. The set up was pretty easy, go to playosmo.com/start and set up an account on your ipad. From there you will select which start kits or kits that you have and it will load a page of all the apps you should download for those. Some games will require you to put in a code and you will need your username/password for that. You can also add your children and set up their account here - this way when they log in they just select their character/name - I did this for my children as they are 5 & 7. What you get: Osmo Base & Reflector for iPad Tangram pieces Numbers tiles Words tiles Stackable storage for each game 7 Game Apps for this set: Math Buzz, Lettertopia, Numbers, Tangram, Words, Newton, and Masterpiece. The games are great for kids aged 6-10+ but my 5 year old is also able to play some of the games! So this is pretty versitle and provides a wide range of activities for your children to do and learn from. Learning to spell has been very helpful and challenging for my 7 year old as well as the Math Buzz - it has over 20 levels of math!

Love this product! We did have an issue with the mirror piece, and it locating the pieces but I was not aware of the little dial on the side just needed to be fixed. Once we fixed it, it was perfect! My kids love playing with this.

COVID and now the N.California definitely is the 1,2 sock in the stomach especially for those of us with kids at home. Thankfully products like Osmo has given us another activity to be able to enjoy as a family that is not mindlessly sitting in front of the TV. It's one of those products that takes the stress out of figuring out how to keep your kid busy and getting some developmental skills in while you're at it. Guilt free and fun! It's all that we can really ask for right now ha!

Item is great but I had to order another lens since the one it comes with is no longer compatible and needs a newer model.

Been meaning to get this for our son, but never got around until now and HE LOVES IT! All the activities and hands on not only fun material but very friendly user. I'm glad we finally got him OSMO. looking forward to buying some more games and addons for him to also share with his sister... or maybe just get her own since bro sometimes don't like to share lol

Bought this for my kiddo is starting Kinder (late birthday). We started with the little genius and he loves it. He is already learning so much. I know this will be a great supplemental program during his distance learning. This will keep him on track for math and reading. The best part is he thinks its play time but so educational.

This is not the kind if system your use to babysit your little one or toddler. They will definately progress better with adult super visor, how intense that supervision is depends on the child. Our is 3, and she loves the fishing count game. Great teaching tool to assist parents beyond the traditional.

7 year old, 6 year old and 3 year old all love it. It’s a screen but with physical interaction. Great fun and educational.

We couldn't get the games to open so call the customer services in the USA! 1. The redemption coded need to be entered in CAPITAL letters only. 2. The osmo app needed was the osmo world app, not the osmo parents app (which also needs to be downloaded, but not till after the initial set up phase)
