They really actually work!
I’ve been snoring like a tractor in a well all of my life, these have worked to stop this, the lack of quality sleep that is a result of snoring or a co-morbidity of poor respiratory health has in the fullness of time caused me to have some serious health problems. Hypertension caused by an inability to get into a parasympathetic state. These nasal strips combined with mouth taping have improved my condition immensely. They are great value for money and considering I use them every night I have found them to be superior to the way more expensive Breathe Right strips. The adhesive on the others is too sticky and damages my skin, Beaty quiet are much more gentle but do remember to wash your face before bed, you should anyway! Haha. Honestly if you snore you need to address it as it will invariably be causing health problems as well as annoying your lovers, these strips will help!

Instructions and Review
Application instructions as well as a review of the Good,Bad and Ugly things about these nasal strips. Before we begin, it is worth mentioning that these nasal strips are fit for purpose if your snoring problem is nasal related only!! If you snore due to throat or other problems, or have sleep apnea then medical advice will be a better option for you. The Good: These nasal strips if applied properly (wash and wipe the nose first, then apply) will stay on all night and all day if you leave them on. They open the nasal passage to allow more air through effectively aiding is much better sleep. If you snore due to nasal restriction or a structural problem in the nose, these will help somewhat but may not totally eliminate the problem. The Bad: If your nose has not immediately been washed and totally dried before application, it is likely these will start to peel off within the first hour of application. Another problem with these nasal strips is the fact that if you do not place them exactly as instructed, they will not work at all and there is little room for error. The Outright Ugly! These nasal strips use an extreme adhesive compared to other nasal strips I've used in the past and as is such, when you remove them, they will take the skin with them and leave your skin marked and possibly bleeding. After using these in this way for one week, you will look like you've been twelve rounds in a boxing ring. In order to avoid this inconvenience, I recommend you wet the nasal strips and your hands a fair amount before SLOWLY working the strips loose from one side at a time, and take particular care when you get the the middle. This way, if you're lucky, the damage will be minimal to non existent. Overall they are a good product to help open the nasal passage and I do recommend them for this purpose. My snoring has reduced significantly but not totally with these strips and if not for the adhesive taking the skin, and minimal room for application error, I would have given these five stars. I hope they help you too, but be sure to make sure you're applying them correctly before you give up on them.

Don’t stay on
I’ve had a few different brands of nose strips. These ones seem at first glance to be the nicest quality, but they just don’t stay on. They’re actually quite uncomfortable due for the adhesive not being strong enough and that results in them being quite itchy. Other brands I’ve tried are actually the opposite and too sticky. Still trying to find the Goldilocks nose strips…

These "may" be the thing to aid a restful nights sleep
Snoring.... To those on the receiving end of someone who does, it is enough to make you want to build a soundproof room and put them in it at night! Alas building a soundproof room is costly, and most of us have neither the money or the spare space! So instead we look for solutions that are cheaper or not likely to result in criminal proceedings that would, knowing our luck, result in us being locked up with someone who snores! :) So this leads me on to these nasal strips. A confession now. I am the pariah of the sleeping world at home. My snoring has been making Mrs Erudite rather less rested than she would like and I am being advised of this in a clear and direct manner! I was aware of the idea of the strips and thought I would try these as a potential cure to the problem of the bruising on my ribs (caused by firmly placed elbows to advise me of the error of my ways in bed) :) I was drawn to these by the positive reviews and the friendly packaging. I can now advise that having used them, they are excellent. The strips are individually packaged (you get 60 I think) and they are well made with enough adhesion to do the job through the night. Most importantly, in my case they work! The principle is simple enough, keep the nostrils open and it reduces the chances of you breathing through your mouth when you are asleep. Result is no snoring, and a happier home life (along with recovered ribs)! I can't comment on other brands, and whether they are any good, but these are highly recommended. Finally. I, like many people, rely on the (genuine!) reviews when I make purchases I am putting quite a bit of time into reviewing the things I buy on Amazon to assist people in making informed decisions. That "Helpful" button below this (and all) reviews. Could you please click it if this review has helped you? That way I know I am doing this right and the time is not wasted :). Thanks
