Nature Made Women's Multivitamin Tablets, 300 Count for Daily Nutritional Support

Overall very good multivitamin and I feel very energetic after taking it . It has no smell , easy to swallow. Better than Costco multivitamin I used once . I hope they make bigger bottle more than 300 tablets . I will recommend natures made multivitamin and I am using other products of nature made too . Very good product

I've been taking this for years because I'm super sensitive and it's the only one I've found that doesn't cause problems. Do be careful with choosing your multivitamin supplement because some of the fancier ones have dangerously high levels of vitamins. For example, some sites online say that your body will flush out the excess B12 but I have found this is not necessarily the case and got incredibly high levels of B12 from Rainbow Light Multivitamin (with palpitations, insomnia, etc.). This Naturemade multi helps me with sleep, anxiety, hormones and depression. I'm thankful to be able to find one with solid certification that does not contain dangerously high levels of vitamins and minerals. I do find I need to take a little extra iron (as a female who still has a period). If you don't get enough magnesium from your diet, I'd suggest that too, and that you add fish oil from Nordic Naturals. People tend to not realize how much all of the aforementioned affects mental health (like serotonin and dopamine production) and too many doctors hand off anti-depressant meds before checking vitamin and mineral levels and suggesting changes in nutrition. If you're a female seeking hormone balance, I'd also suggest a high quality black currant oil supplement and wheat germ oil from Standard Process.

I was so tired of buying a whole new vitamin bottle every month, 300 for like $25 is amazing, such a good brand. And i feel the difference. But absolutely take it with a meal like it says. Like some bottles just say that and I’m like whatever, but nope i take it with a meal and everything is fine. I took it without a meal once and i was sick to my stomach. It’s a good after breakfast pill. Definitely recommend it though. For reference purposes i put the pill next to an ibuprofen in the photo. Pill size honestly does not bother me at all but i know some have issues. No overpowering odor, smooth texture, easy to take 1 pill daily.

Make sure that you are taking this pill with a full meal. I have been taking this for years and can tell you I get sick when I take this without food. I notice my hair is better when I consistently take it, which is amazing. Taste is not great and this is a larger pill to swallow (literally) but the health benefits are worth it, in my opinion.

It is hard to rate a vitamin. I take them to help with what may be missing from food intake. The gel capsule is easier to swallow. There is no smell or no taste. which does make them easy to taker each day.
