Awesome product - excellent customer support
Really good. Had some issues initially, but the customer support was awesome. They replaced the product. It works fantastic. It has different modes like bluetooth, aux, card, fm etc. It produces loud and clear sound with decent bass. Also we can use the equaliser in remote control for further customization. Overall i liked the product very much. Really value for money. Also I personally feels that the money I spend is not going to people who are ready for a war with us. This is not a chinese product. This is an indian product..

Low price and low quality...(sound is bad) POOR CUSTOMER CARE
Of you are looking for good sound, do not go for this. Pro: cheap, looks good Con: sound quality is not good. Build quality is poor, After 5 months so much of background noise. Overall 2/10. Customer care is pathetic.. they will not respond to you

Nice Product at this price . It's been 10 days I have been using this product. So far so good. Sound quality is also good .Nice support from Tronica team as well.My remote was not working,team instantly acknowledged the issue and sent a new remote

Good to who are not expecting much.
Below is my review, Sound clarity: Good. Crystal clear sound Bass: medium (Not upto mark) 5.1 channel: not work with both Bluetooth and Aux. It is disappointed me.It is working as 2.1 with 5 speakers. Connectivity is all modes is very good. Look is stylish and attractive. After replacement also same issue for ke. Expected 5.1 channel and bass remaining is good.

Customer Service
First things first, the system is really fantastic. The volume and bass is just appropriate. Secondly coming to the customer service. I ordered this product on 20th July and got it by 25th. The product I received had a Manufacturing defect, so I tried reaching out to Amazon customer support and somehow was unable to. So I tried reaching the seller and luckily got in touch with. He heard out my issue and assured me that it would be taken care of. I contacted him yesterday and its already exchanged by now. I am already using the version 1, so was sure that this piece too would be as awesome as the last one. This is a bomb if you are looking something within this price range and most importantly it's made in india. Just go for it. 10 on 10 to the seller.
