I have a hard time swallowing pills and appreciate that I have the ability to open these capsules and mix them into yogurt. There is no bad taste when doing this and I am able to get the benefits without struggling to swallow a pill! I have been taking two of these a day for several weeks now and definitely see improvement in my skin, not just my face but my whole body seems to have more of a glow and I have to think it has something to do with these. I plan to keep taking these for the foreseeable future.

I’m so glad my dermatologist recommended this product and I found it cheaper than at the clinic! It has consistently kept my skin clear for the first time in my life. So worth it!

I didnt get any new breakouts ever since i started this, still dealing with older ones and their scars. I also noticed it helps with reducing morning breath for some reason.

I have been using consistently - daily, and have seen significant reduction in breakouts as well as an improvement in overall tone and texture. Many cleansers and topical serums/creams havent worked as well as this has over time. I finally feel like my complexion is improving and under control. First time in many years...

Didn't seem like it did anything positive lol. I will say no negative side effects but nothing beneficial really lol.

My oldest daughter was on Accutane at one point (but it didn't work for her) so we did research and found this product. It works so good, I have all 3 of my teenagers on it. They have occasional breakouts but their skin is so much clearer. The first picture is before and the 2nd picture is from this month.

Poor results...

I have had the worst acne that I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had some bad acne -cystic acne all over entire face and neck. I even took Accutane when I was younger which I’m not recommending because it’s really harsh on your body.I tried this supplement and my face totally changed and became a million times better. I couldn’t even believe it myself, but recently I has stopped taking because was in between bottles and my face totally broke out horribly again! This experience confirmed it for me that the supplement works.
