Just received these as part of a Christmas Gift
I have had truffles from France, Belgium, & Switzerland (bought at the Plaza in NYC) By far these are the best. They taste like pure chocolate and not chocolate loaded with additives and wax.as in Godiva, Teuscher which are considered to be excellent. It's hard to describe these. They melt in your mouth and are semisweet, not bitter and not sweet - just perfect. I highly recommend them.
