I love Bizzy coffee. I've been making my own cold brew coffee at home for about 1.5 years or so, and this is the best brand. Bizzy pre-made coffees were my go to, but I prefer dark roast for least amount of acidity for coffees, but wasn't able to find the dark roast in stores. So happy I've found this, and overall so easy to make! The smell is SO GOOD. It's fresh, and the taste is great. It's very smooth, and you just brew at room temperature for 20 hours, and then add cold water, and put in fridge. The acidity is perfect for my liking because I love dark roast. Definitely recommend. My first order came opened, which was a bummer, and I've seen a few people state the same, but I was refunded and was able to buy another bag. So good customer service.

I’ve bought this over ten times. It’s seriously so delicious. I got a bad bag about a year ago and they replaced it and told me they were fixing their quality issue. The last three bags I’ve bought have also had leaky bags. I think I’m done. They just can’t figure it out. When you account for 1-2 broken bags in every order, it gets very expensive! Update- the company reached out and refunded my order, even though it was outside of the return window. I will continue to buy but will open the bags before the return date to be sure they are all sealed

Those two bags get 2/5 stars, but overall I’m still at 5/5 would recommend for bizzy :) Love this brand of coffee. Long-time customer and was delighted to find these cold brew bags for a reasonable price! I’ve purchased these a couple of times before and never had problems, but this time I opened one of the pouches of brew bags and found multiple brew bags had holes in them at the edge, like they hadn’t been sealed completely. It was evident for some brew bags immediately when I opened the pouch, but for others it became evident when they were soaked. It was a mess, and there were only two usable brew bags. I was hoping to get a refund or replacement but it appears that is not an option. I’m pretty disappointed. Including photos that show a few of the defective brew bags, all the grounds loose in the pouch of brew bags, and the lot number of the pouch.

I really like this product. It's very easy to prepare and is NOT acidic like other cold brews/concentrates. I followed the instructions and let the coffee brew on the counter overnight, then put it in the fridge and it stays there for a long time. Once I left my pitcher in for 2 weeks and the coffee was still great. Once I pour the water I make sure that the coffee bags are fully under the water and I brew the coffee for at least 12hr. The flavor is smooth and delicious but still has that strong coffee kick. The bags do a pretty good job of keeping the grounds together however you will still have some in your cup and I personally get heartburn from drinking the grounds with my coffee so I stopped drinking it. I tried it with hot water as well (they say you can on the bag) and the bags ripped open... big mess to clean up so maybe don't do it. Unless you put their bags into your own cheesecloth bag. I think it tastes good but could be improved. the price is fair in my opinion. Considering you only need a pitcher and water, the total cost of producing your coffe is uite low, compared to nespresso, drip or worse... starbies.

Makes good tasting cold brew! Won’t order this “cold brew bags” version again, though, as both my orders (separate bags, different lots) each contained one open filter bag, with ground coffee spilling out. Because I really like the flavor, will purchase Bizzy ground cold brew and use my own filters going forward.

Hate to give this a bad review b/c the coffee is great but several of the bags were ripped & spilled all over the inside basically making the whole bag unusable unless you have a mesh filter for your pitcher & defeats the whole purpose of the easy bags No refund or replacement available either.

I’m not a coffee snob but I would consider myself specifically a cold brew snob. I always buy their espresso blend and truly it’s a flavor you can distinguish. It has that nice crisp cold brew quality but the espresso gives it just enough body for a chocolaty flavor. A huge plus is that it has a lot of caffeine even more than other cold brew drinks claim. I originally found this company by buying the bottled version in store and I will say the bottled version is 2x as good!!! However lately it’s been easier for me to just order through here and make it myself instead and I usually brew it for 20hrs for a nice strong flavor. Definitely recommend!!!

As a cold brew gremil, I wanted to make one at home. Bizzy does not dissapoint. +It was easy to make. +All bags were fully sealed and intact. +Lovely aroma Only non product related con I can think of is is that I cannot measure how much caffeine I'm taking in this way. I usually like to have around 180-200mg a day and I was definitely overdrinking bizzy, could not stop myself 🫠
