Filling, good flavour, helps 2 skip a meal..
V tasty, good flavour and best part is helps to skip a meal and helps to reduce calories intake for even a non gym goer like me helping me reduce weight. I also enjoy the same with milk as well as water Comparable with International Brand like On and Dymatize Whey Isolate.

OSOAA is my go to brand for supplement requirements, and this whey protein is one of the best products from them. I AM SUPRISED to see few negative reviews as this product i and my father are using it for last 8 months for meeting protein requirements instead of proteinex and for muscle growth and it is v authentic as well as great taste and good results without bloating. The flavour is amazing with improved absorbency which means quicker intake and faster repair. Mix one scoop in 200-250ml water and you're good to go, it mixes really well and has smooth texture. Value money product.
