Excellent customer service
My battery stopped working after 2.5 years, well past the end of their warranty. I called ExpertPower customer service, not expecting them to replace it but hoping they could help me troubleshoot it. Not only did they help me troubleshoot it, they let me bring in the battery for testing when we couldn't figure out the issue over the phone. I live 15 min away from their warehouse so I just drove there in person as I was hoping to use it that weekend. They found out that there was an issue with the BMS and sent me out the door with a brand new battery. I didn't have to pay a penny even though my warranty had already expired.

Great for boondocking
I purchased two of these to replace the two Marine deep cell batteries in my camper. So with these batteries and the 3000 watt inverter I can run everything in my camper including the air conditioner with no issues whatsoever.

BMS susceptible to inverter surge
Great battery replacement for lead acid. Holds charge and works well with solar. Needs resistor in negative line when first powering up 700-watt Renogy inverter as the Expert Power BMS will cutout and place inverter in fail mode. Doing a two-step resistor process though makes it works fine.

Light weight is the only thing going for it.
Worked great handful of times. Now no longer holds a charger or takes a charger. Less than 3 months into owning it useless. Wouldn’t cheap out again and not get a GOOD warrantied battery.

Glacier Speed Product Support!
I purchased a bluetooth 200Ah battery in February for our travel trailer. It worked great all summer long on our multi-week long camping trips. I recently discovered that the battery was completely discharged and would not accept a charge, so i contacted Expert Power for help. Here is where my dilema begins. I called their Technical Support number and initially got an automated message staying that reached a Google Number that is no longer in service. I then emailed and explained the issue with the battery. 24 hrs later i receive a response to my email. I collected the requested information and responded about 10 minutes later. About 24 hours later i received response, to which i replied to very quickly. It took another 24 hours (approx) to receive a reply. It has now been almost two weeks (thanksgiving week), my battery is still dead and 48 hours since i've heard from Expert Power. Very frustrated!

Excellent AGM replacement for camper/RV
So far so good. The battery arrived earlier than promised in good condition and was well packaged. I replaced two 200 ah AGM batteries with this one 200 ah battery in my camper van. In the process I lost about 150 lbs of battery weight and probably added a bit of capacity as the AGM batteries were old. Coming from conventional batteries the first hurdle is that it's hard to know what the state-of-charge of a new LIFEPO4 battery is. The battery was at about 13.3V and that's the value roughly associated with about a 50% range of state-of-charge for LIFEPO4. I connected a small 4amp LIFEPO4 charger and basically nothing happened to voltage for about a day. Then finally the voltage went up and current decreased. I think the battery's state-of-charge was about 55% when it arrived. Since then I have run various tests and the battery has been unflappable. It simply stays at 12.3V unless topped off. I connected a 100 amp load and voltage dropped to 12.6V while the load was active for about 5 minutes. When the load was disconnected it immediately went back to 13.3V. During that test I noticed that the negative terminal got very hot which had me worried. But when I looked closer I noticed that I had wedged the cable lug between 2 washers rather than having it in direct contact with the battery terminal. When I removed the bottom washer and repeated the test, the terminal remained as cool as the positive terminal. Now installed in my camper the battery works great and gets charged by solar, the alternator (via a DC-DC charger) or an AC charger depending on where I am. It runs a Dometic fridge 24/7. Time will tell if the battery is reliable but at this point I am very happy with the product. ***2.5 year update***: The battery is still going strong. I have had zero issues with it after 30+ trips in my camper van. Runs my fridge and a bunch of appliances without a problem. Charges up fast. I have not noticed any reduction in capacity.

Quality Company - Made in USA
These are fantastic A grade cells. They are for a complex system in a sailboat (catamaran) with twin motors, solar, and wind. The best part is how easy the company is to work with. They are based in the USA and they have been around since the 1980s. I was struggling with one aspect of the install because I ordered a discounted older model battery with their old BMS that I thought I could get working. Well, I wasn't as smart as I thought, but they worked with me on troubleshooting the issue. They have also recently upgraded the BMS in their batteries. I am finishing a YouTube video of the install for the new batteries and will post the link later next month after some testing.

Customer Service 5 out 5. 200amp hour battery gave us trouble. Could be user error.
Customer Service is exceptional! We were having issues with our 200amp lithium battery. It seemed like it wouldn't hold a charge while boondocking. Bryan was so super helpful. He was such a pleasure to work with. He was super empathic to our situation and always kept in contact. We have switched out the (1) 200amp lithium battery with (2) 100amp lithium batteries. We received them today, promptly. The batteries are charging on the external lithium battery charger Experr Power offers. One has already charged up. The other one should follow soon. Then adding some solar. Thanks Brayn you are awesome!
