The Democratic Republic of Braai

A great book, especially if you've got his other two, the way he writes and his recipes are brilliant. Can't wait to get braaing! I'd give more stars if I could.

I was super happy to be able to buy this online in Canada! It's a great recipe book, and recipes can be made in the oven or in a slow cooker instead of in a potjie. Makes me feel a little closer to home :)
