I am very satisfied with this water purifier. The installation was quick and easy. The water taste is very good and feels pure and healthy. The alkaline and copper feature makes the water better for health. The design is also nice and it is easy to use. Overall, it is a very good product and value for money. I would definitely recommend it to others. 👍

Good product and smooth installation by brand managed associate

A good product by Kent.

I have been using Kent Pearl for 5 years and the frame got quite weak and bad looking and it was giving problems every other month, so I decided to exchange it for a new Supreme Plus model. I purchased and got this product delivered on 2nd Oct. Then the nightmare began. Installation engineer called on 3rd Oct and demanded that I get a separate sediment filter installed from them costing ₹1200. Now, since I had previously owned Kent I already have that sediment filter and so I refused to purchase the entire unit and asked him to just change the cartridge of the filter. He blatantly refused and denied the installation for me. I told him I'll talk to customer care and in his words "Jisse baat krna hai krlo, Pranav Enterprises Latur naam batana". After this I called customer care and they created a complaint for this on 3rd Oct and assured me that installation will be done on the same day. So I waited. It's 4th Oct now and I hadn't been contacted by any service personnel from Kent like they had promised. I again called customer care and explained everything to him and he connected me with the Area Service Manager. ASM again assured me that they'll change/reassign the technician and the product installation will happen on 4th at any cost. So, I waited for this day as well and again nothing happened and nobody contacted me. Then it's 5th Oct. I again dialed customer care at 11 in the morning, explained the whole story again and she again connected me with some guy named Kalim Khan(maybe ASM, but not sure). This day they told me that installation will happen in the next 2 hours and not to worry. It's 6th Oct today and nobody's contacted me or I haven't received any communication regarding the same. I tried calling the guy whom I was connected with yesterday and he isn't answering his phone. All of this for mere ₹1200 which probably I would have complied with had they been a bit graceful. Initial rudeness and then complete denial of service has put me off, the existing customer of Kent. This is my worst service experience ever with any brand. I myself have ordered 5 kent units for other family members but I will hesitate going forward.

Product looks good. Only downside is I am unable to use the old sediment filter due to inlet pipe dimension change
