Robust construction and gets rod end out of back of drivers seat for planner board set up.
I use these for Great Lakes Salmon and Walleye fishing with planner boards with and w/o lead core. Helps get last rod higher on the spread which also makes it easier to get the rod out from the back of the drivers seat. I picked up 2 as I normally only run up to 6 planner boards on both sides and only the far boards rod needs extra elevation. I also use these in the front when multi rod fishing for multi species to allow one rod to be in the holder while I cast another presentation.

Did exactly what I needed it to do. Swapped this in place over the the original one and I had the clearance I needed for the fishing rod. Easy to install.

this adaptor is excellent for going fishing and trolling in the boat. It’s an excellent product for my use. The price was reasonable. Or search many websites to find an Amazon have them available.
