Great 1L Unit
Bought this for use as a desktop workstation, playing with docker containers, etc. Unit arrived packaged well, with a new generic keyboard, mouse, and USB Wi-Fi dongle. Unit came with Windows 10 pro installed, but I shrank that partition down and installed Ubuntu. Everything works better than expected, this is a great little machine. Runs cool and quiet. BIOS has tons of options, supports VTx, VTd, etc. Will probably be picking up another one of these, far cheaper than building out a similarly specced box pc, and the 1L form factor is great for small spaces. Edit 10/20/22: Still going strong, now in use as a Proxmox host for a variety of services including Plex, paperless-ngx, and about a dozen more. I realized it even supports Intel AMT, which provides KVM over IP among other things. Awesome! Only potential bottleneck I've noticed is the cheap, slow SSD that's installed, but that's a simple, inexpensive upgrade, and pretty much unnecessary for normal desktop use.

Great budget PC
I ordered this renewed PC for drone stimulator as I did not want to spend a fortune for a high end PC. The expectation was not high for some thing this cheap but man, it met all of my hopes! The one I received was pretty new, no issue with cosmetics. I guess the previous owner did not get to use it as much before sending it back. All the functions were great except for the USB dongle. I had to purchase a different one one for this very important function. It need something faster and less overheated than the one came in the box! Happy with my purchase. I may use it for light office work as it connects to my small smart TV to make a good combo TV/PC. Thank you for this product.

Died after 7 months
Arrived with what I would describe as the world's cheapest keyboard (with several stuck keys) and mouse; this wasn't really a problem since I didn't need these, but were a waste of packaging and plastic and I'd caution anybody expecting to use them. Booted into Windows 10 with no problem, appeared to be functional. Installed Ubuntu over it, ran Home Assistant in a Docker container on it for its lifetime with no issues. Kept good air flow around it, and unit was plugged into a UPS, with no power incidents. About a week ago I notice my home automations had failed and discovered that the unit was unpowered. It failed to power back on normally, or even after holding the power button for 30s (as was recommended in one Google search result). Verified on HP site (via serial number) that this unit was no longer under warranty (but this was not a surprise). Replaced the relatively inexpensive external power supply, but no change. Unit is dead and I can purchase a similar unit -- from a different supplier -- for half the price of a G3 motherboard on EBay. Would not recommend this particular supplier.

No Wi-Fi module installed, only a USB Wi-Fi dongle
The machine was in perfect order except that it did not have a built-in Wi-Fi module, as shown in the images. It was removed, and the antennas were just cut with pliers. I had to take the machine apart to remove the antenna wires properly because I believe they would've shorted on the motherboard at some point in time. It has a Wi-Fi dongle though but this eliminates the availability of one of the USB ports. Other than that, the machine is perfect.

So far so good
This refurbished mini PC came in perfect condition with ample cushioning for shipping. The original HP 65W power adapter is included in addition to a box containing a wired keyboard, mouse, power cable and 802.11n Wi-Fi adapter (these are not HP or 'known' brands. I tested the mouse and it works okay, but the scroll wheel feels cheap and sticks at points in rotation. This is not an issue for me as I use my own keyboard, monitor and Wi-Fi adapter with it. It works as fast as you would expect, and I was able to set up the included Windows 10 Pro with Azure AD in no time. It has run everything I put it through so far, but this is primarily embedded development work and not graphics-intensive workloads such as gaming, 3D rendering, etc. I will probably purchase a couple more, and install Fedora or another Linux distro onto it (my original intention for this PC, but I decided to run W10 full-time on it and run Linux in a VM for now).

Great condition
With refurbished products damage is always a concern but my PC arrived looking very clean, it looked as if it were new. Specs were as advertized, Windows was installed, ready to go, no corruption. It comes with a WiFi adapter and Bluetooth adapter. Can't complain, for the price it's a bargain.

Solid & Clean "Update: SSD failing"
The cleanest refurbished product I have ever purchased! Everything checks out and the unit is very well-built. Should have many more years of life in it. Great performance in general and the only downside is streaming video, 1080HD is certainly fine but don't expect anything higher. Excellent value for everyday use. Update 3/19/23: The cheap SSD drive shipped with this was always a clunky performer at best however over the past couple of weeks it got so bad that boot times of 3+ minutes were not unheard of and lag could often bring the PC to a halt. Being just a few days shy of the 90 day and not wanting to start all over with a new PC should I have gone through the return/exchange process I just bit the bullet and ordered a WD Black M.2. After cloning and removing the "King" china special drive and booting with the new M.2 it was like a new machine. Performing much better than it ever did and nice to see the drive activity light not constantly lit. Removing 1 star for this issue.

Works great, no issues, as described. Like new.
Worked great out of the box. Came with Windows 10 but I’m going to put Linux on it. Excellent value for money. Had 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD just like it said on the advert. Even came with a keyboard which looked new. In fact the whole unit looked as new. Had 2 DisplayPorts and VGA. 1Gb/s Ethernet and WiFi. Arrived on time, very well packaged. Great deal.

To start with, this is a BUSINESS PC, NOT a GAMER PC !!! It's good for using Office, surfing the web, writing code using VS code, running linux, etc. This PC is very quiet and keep cold when running. It's still quick for an old 6th generation core i5 processor. Important: For Windows 10 drivers and BIOS updates, go to the HP Support web site and enter the serial number of your PC to find the right updates. You should find the appropriate support page for your PC very easily. My BIOS version was from 2019 and I upgraded it to the latest version of July 2022 !!! The 1st photo is the content of the box I received from Amazon: PC, Power supply, Corded Keyboard & Mouse, USB Wifi dongle and some user guide. On the 2nd photo, notice the language on the keyboard/mouse box. Don't laugh too hard ;-) The keyboard is a full-size US keyboard with a regular mouse. Both are USB corded. On the 3rd photo, my PC came with 3 DisplayPort. Also, all ports (DisplayPort/USB/Ethernet/Audio Jack) are working fine. On the 4th and 5th photos, as you can see, it's very easy to open and service this PC. The inside of the PC is very clean, except for some little dust near the cpu fan. The ssd is a KingFast 500GB and the memory is 2 X SK hynix 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz SO-DIMM. I'll replace the ssd with a Crucial 2TB and the memory with 2 x Timetec 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz SO-DIMM. Both products are available on Amazon. And yes, both together the 2TB ssd and the 32GB memory cost more than the PC itself... ($330+TX) On the 6th and 7th photos, I was in for a little surprise: I got a Wifi dongle and also got a Bluetooth 5.0 dongle. The description on Amazon didn't mention anything about the Bluetooth dongle. Nice !!! On the 8th photo, the PC has a legit Windows 10 Pro licence version 21H2. This PC was refurbished (sysprep) less than 2 months ago on 2022-08-29 (As writing: 2022-10-19). BTW, with the help of "Rufus", this PC could be upgraded to Windows 11 Pro 22H2 easily, at your own risks, of course! ;-)

I ordered this under the impression it would be delivered within 2 days, it ended up being around 7-8. This isn't the fault of the seller though, just a UPS issue. This is something you should keep in mind when ordering. The seller was extremely understanding and communicative throughout the delays. Removing one star because, on arrival, there was a loose screw rattling around inside the unit. Other than that, unit runs completely find and was packed very well.

Bought this refurbished mini-PC and the power adapter was DOA. Seller quickly shipped out a replacement and it has been smooth sailing ever since! I've had this PC broadcasting a 1080 twitch stream 24/7 for over a month now (EDIT: Been almost a year! Still running, and silently I might add!) and no issues. Its plenty powerful for what I needed and is quick to respond despite only being rebooted once in that month (I decided to update windows). Note that the stream is a music video rotation, not gaming. I doubt this would do any good with any games that require over 1GB GPU. The only CON I have is it doesn't have built-in WIFI, although they include a generic USB WIFI adapter, since I've got it running a 24/7 broadcast I didn't want it relying on WIFI, so its been in our mechanical room plugged directly into our router this entire time. PROs: Runs silent (for now, it does have a fan, give it time, will grind eventually) and most of all, the seller stands behind their product. Yes, its a refurbished PC, but it might as well be new. It was very clean, the tested, re-imaged to Windows 11 and shipped with a brand new keyboard/mouse/wifi adapter. As mentioned above, they stand behind their product, seemingly unquestioningly so, as they didn't force me to jump through any hoops when I contacted them about the DOA power adapter. They simply apologized and immediately shipped out a replacement (Which arrived like 2 days later I might add). Just as happy with this seller as I am with the product itself. If you're thinking twice about getting a tiny set-it-and-forget-it PC, wait no more. This seller and the entire 800+ HP desktop PC line is the way to go (There's currently 4 of them in my home doing various tasks)

I recently purchased a PC that promised a comprehensive computing experience but has been, to put it bluntly, a letdown. To kick things off, the mouse and keyboard that came with the PC are absolutely subpar. It's as if the company went out of their way to source the least impressive peripherals possible. To be frank, you can't go any lower in terms of quality. But wait, there's more! The Bluetooth connectivity is consistently unstable. If you're planning on using a Bluetooth mouse, forget about it. Regular disconnections are the order of the day, and it's not just a minor inconvenience—it disrupts workflow and productivity. The straw that broke the camel's back is the Internet speed. While my Mac easily connects at a speed of 402 Mbps, this PC is dragging its feet at a mere 1.5-2.5 Mbps. That's not just slow; it's glacial, and we're talking less than 0.5% of the Mac's connectivity speed.

I recently purchased this mini PC from this seller. When I first received it, the device didn’t work. I reached out to the seller, and they were very quick to respond. They offered technical support and even provided a replacement or a refund. They sent the replacement promptly, and everything has worked perfectly since. The device itself is good quality for the price and suits my needs well. If I have one suggestion, it would be for the seller to carefully read customer messages before responding to ensure all concerns are fully addressed. Overall, their professionalism and responsiveness have been excellent.
