Q: How many princess dresses will fit comfortably? Also how many pairs of heels?

I have 15 dresses in there but if there SUPER puffy then 10. Height wise are okay because my dresses are sizes 3T to 5/6T. Some of there longer dress we have to tuck in. But it’s not a big deal. On the top we put all there crowns,wands & jewelry. 6 shoes in the front row(visible) My girls where a size 6-8 toddler shoe Overall it’s a beautiful piece in there nursery.

Q: How many inches of hanging space is there from the clothes rod to the top of the bottom shelf?

I'm not sure of the inches, but this is best suited for baby clothes. Even a 12 month size in a long piece jumsuite comes down to the bottom practically. It might also work well for dress us clothes for a small child.
