Bbiscuit cutters are a great product. Easy to use, and so much better then using a glass. The sharp edge makes such a difference. So much faster. I can cut miltipke times with out redipping in flour, rarely needs cleaning vetween cuts. easy to wash, and stores easily because the stack & are clipped together so don't need to worry about losing one. It's really great to have multiple size options! Biggest for short cake, smallest forcgrand kids or dieters. In between cut to fit different size baking sheets. One of my best kitchen purchases. The pastry blender is a handy size especially when grand kids are helping, the smaller size is nice for little hands. I have an extra large with more blades because I make double & triple batches when family visit, buy have found this fits my had better and is actually just as quick because the smaller size is easier to manage. The scraper has multiple uses fron cleaning dough sticking to the board to dividing dough to scooping ingredients to add to other ingredients.

Mat is large and non skid. Has good information and guides printed on it. The materials used are quality and the tools are useful. I’m not sure yet about storing ease.

Very happy with the quality of this set! I have done my fair share of baking and making, with different types tools over the years (both expensive & cheap). I was looking for a dough cutter/blender in my home town and couldn’t find one. I took the ‘Amazon risk’ on getting bonus things for close to the same price as the one original piece I was looking for. Opening up the tiny box everything was packaged in was so refreshing! It was packed efficiently with no fluff! The quality of the silicone mat is heavy and wrinkle free, the cutters are sturdy sharp and will last! Steal of a deal!
