They were in perfect condition when they arrived, no chips or scratches and really pretty pretty colors. I used them the next day to make a quick airfryer corn cake. Put the airfryer on bake and temp 350. Results were great and the little rammies (ramekins) cleaned up easy peasy ,not a blemish. The corn cake plopped right out, no sticking. I dried and returned them back to the box for storage. Love these!

I like these ramekins because they are big enough to hold a decent portion of small snacks or a lot of sauce/dip, but even if it's not a lot of sauce there's enough room to dip what ever you're eating (about 3.5in across the top). They are definitely well made and I've had mine a while now and they're super easy to clean - a quick rinse and right in the dishwasher and they're good as new. I mostly use them for sauces and dips, but I did use them once for mini creme brûlées and they worked perfectly too.

I bought these ramekins twice; first was for myself when I wanted to try out a lemon pudding cake I saw on the Food Network. I took them with me at a family event later and one of them who is a big baker mentioned how he's been wanting to buy some as well. So I ended up getting them for him as his Christmas gift and he absolutely LOVED them! They are small-1/2 cup each so make sure that's the size you want. They were perfect for me because I am trying to be healthy and lower my sugar intake, so these 1/2 cups were the perfect 1 person serving size. I'll add some pics I took when I make the cakes so you guys can see them. These are the first ramekins I've ever had so I don't have much to compare with - but I haven't noticed anything wrong with them. They are very well made-have that slight weight to them that tells you they won't break easily, but still light enough that it's not too heavy (if that makes sense). The design is simple -with the lines/ridges on side. I wanted something simple and classic to go with my other dishes. I've seen some in different colors as well, but I wanted the white ones to match the dishes and also so I wouldn't have to worry about the colors becoming dull/chipping off, etc. All in all-I love them; they did the job wonderfully and highly recommend them!

These are heavy and all-purpose. You can refrigerate, microwave, dishwash, or bake them. Good for measuring small amounts of ingredients, perfect for dips, small servings of ice cream, or crème brûlée. I love the happy colors.

I recently purchased ramekins because I was just on a cruise and loved the chocolate melting cake they had. I wanted to make my own because of it. These ramekins were the perfect size. To me, it looked a little smaller on photos than those received. I baked the chocolate melting cake using all 6 of these at 390 degrees and it worked with no problems. There were no cracks or noticeable flaws when the melting cake came out. These ramekins are a good weight and seems durably built. The cleaning on these are pretty easy too as long as you brush some oil in the ramekins before baking. There were some parts that are still a little hard to get off but not too big of an issue. Overall, I really liked the quality of the product and the ability to store and stack these ramekins easily. Solid 5 stars.

Love the look and portion size of these ramekins. Great for flans. Sturdy, well made, stands up to heat yet easy to clean (just soak in water). We have a small kitchen and, alas simply have no room for these guys. Will be returning them. All the classic ramekins are straight edged, making the notion of "stacking" kind of a pretense. But there ARE products in the market now, that will nest properly and save space. I prefer to own those instead.

I love the size - I can place 4 of these on the top Ninja Speedi tray. Well made and glazed. I use it for cooking as well as food prep. Versatile. Helps me control my portions too. Good quality.

Bellemain is one of the brands that Amazon carries that is always a reliable purchase for kitchen items; seeing that something you need comes in the brand makes for re-assuring purchases, and they have a good reputation. The Bellemain 4-oz ramekin set of 6 comes highly recommended by friends and is #1 on Amazon for good reason. Some folks had issues with them arriving broken, but mine were fine and the packaging seems sturdy. I did expect them to be white, as they are shown in the product pictures, but mine are actually a light gray color. They still look nice, but I would have preferred white. In addition, i've attached pictures of the exact dimensions of the ramekins, for any who are curious. Pros: - Good price to value, reliable brand - Aesthetically pleasing and seems well built - Perfect size for salsas, desserts, snacks, antipasti Cons: - Not white as pictured Dimensions: ~3.6in dia x 1.65in h Overall: - Highly recommended unless the grey color is a dealbreaker.
