Can these help heal leg ulcers

I used this with saline too help with a leg abces and it healed nicely with antibiotics too of course .. they are very secure ..

Can you use cream underneath this product

Hello, the dressing has a silicone layer with lots of small wholes for blood and exudate to pass through to the absorbent layer, Silicone is there to protect the wound and newly formed skin from being removed when the dressing is removed. I’m not sure how this will be affected with the use of cream however if you feel the wound/ulcer is still wet then I would say yes this will be OK as the whole size of the dressing is covered with the silicone contact layer which also acts as it’s adhesive to the skin so to ensure good adhesion I would recommend buying a size that will allow the outer 2cm of the dressing not to be in contact with the cream if this makes sense.
