I have 4c, low porosity hair. It leaves my hair feeling crunchy…. Not for gals like me. Plus, it did nothing for my true 4c hair. If your hair is 4c and higher, maybe it will work for you

My 88 yo mom-in-law asked me to find this for her and my go to is always Amazon, after I price compare. I've never had a jheri curl back in the day when this brand was popular but I remember it was known for being juicy and greasy. I was so shocked to find this absolutely is not that! I bought some for myself. I wear a short faded style and my hear feels soft and easy to brush/manage. This makes mom-in-law's twa look and feel soft, non-greasy or juicy 😊. It has a nice mild scent, I've experienced no breakage, it's not flakes and you get all this for a great price.
