Spigen for Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Case (2024/2022/2020) - Rugged Armor Slim Protective Case with Carbon Fiber Design and Air Cushion Technology, Matte Black

Have been using this on my tablet for about two months now, and has been a good experience so far. Fits well to the tablet, with all slots correctly spaced/sized. The folding stand function works well too, only "issue" being that the magnets in the flap can occasionally interfere with the tablet's auto-lock with flap closure setting when moving the tablet, granted this will happen with any tablet cover that has magnets and the function can easily be disabled in the advanced settings. It should also be noted that the underside of the flap has a microfiber/suede covering, which is easy to swipe clean however quickly collects dust/particles from surfaces. Even with these two minor gripes, I definitely don't regret the purchase, as these are pretty common issues among folding cases in general. With daily use, the case has no signs of considerable wear and the stylus holder still grips the stylus firmly with minimal friction with insertion/removal.

I actually bought my Samsung tab a7 lite a few years ago and previously had 2 other cases which I hated (a clear case that turned yellow and a case with a non-existent magnetic cover). This case is lightweight, stylish, and the grip feels good in the hands. I've been purchasing Spigen products for many years now and have never been disappointed with their products. Price may be a little higher than other cases on Amazon, but it's a great quality product. Would recommend!

So many tablet cases now have all this extra stuff like a kickstand, or a flap that folds back around into a stand, or some keyboard gimmick that never works out that well. If you need any of that stuff fine, but this is a great simple case for everyone else that just wants a little extra protection for their tablet. I have an external folding stand I keep for either my phone or my tablet in my bag so having an extra stand just on the case is not necessary for me. This case covers all the corners, gives some extra grip to keeping the S Pen where it needs to be and also gives just enough of a lip to lay the tablet screen down but not worry about the screen being scratched on the surface. I also have a screen protector on that this case does not interfere with which is nice. If you just want a basic case for your Tab S6 that leaves all your functions at your finger tips I cannot recommend this one enough.

Was hoping for 3 things from this case: Better grip rather than the slick back of the A8 (check), somewhat protection for the screen even while having tempered glass installed (check), light enough to no add any weight while being mounted to a mic stand mount/holder (check), and protection while packed into a tactical bag with other items for a gigging musician (Nope...just nope). As a grip for the tablet, it is a must have. The slickness of the tablet, even around the edges, are the reason why these cases are a must. It does prevent the slickness of the tablet. It doesn't help that the case itself is slightly less slick. I didn't want to add any more texture and weight to this, so I was considering scuffing up the slick areas, but in the end I just left it alone. The edges were textured to prevent the slickness, so that was more than appreciated for some of the other issues. I ended up using a Tempered Glass protector, and it didn't hinder the case or the protector and vice versa. Better protection for the investment. And it didn't add too much significant weight becuase I have this mounted to a tablet mount for a mic stand. Keeps it out of the way, but great so it doesn't cause my mic stand to tip over in whichever direction for the weight. The tablet itself can do this for lighter mic stands, so just be patient and find the balance. I do wish the back was a bit thicker for traveling in the bag. I just wrapped the entire tablet with a microfiber rag (a la Harbor Freight larger sized pack rather than the 12x12). As others have mentioned, the case can easily come off the tablet. Way too easily. And there really is no way to fix that... Overall , for the price and small protections here and there, I am happy with this...had to knock it down 1 star for all the nitpicking. All minor in my opinion, but the trade offs for not having this is enough to keep this on permanently, even if it wants to come off on occassion.

I bought two units for the Galaxy Tab A11+. It was perfect. It arrived and was delivered to Brazil in just 6 days, I thought the delivery was fantastic. I recommend it.

The case gets a thumbs up. It has a good snug fit for the Tab S6 yet it is not difficult to get it on or off. It is thin but still adds protection., however I would not want to drop the tablet. The outside surface has somewhat off a rough surface so it provides a much better grip and is not slippery. There is some texturing on the side edges that add to the grip. The weight feels to be about a third of the weight of the tablet so total weight is still fine for a tablet of this size. The case provides protection against banging around but I doubt if it would provide total protection against heavy abuse. That would require something much thicker and heavier. I went with this brand because it looked like from the photos that it would hold the pen in place better than most of the other similar cases, and I think it does. It is still easy to get the pen in and out. The pen being there does distract slightly from the comfort of holding the tablet but it is not an issue. Overall it makes the tablet much more usable with it being easier to hold and making the pen more secure.

The reason I bought this case is because I've had several Spigen cases for my phones and they all worked really well. I have two gripes about this case after using it for a few months. First, it's not as light as I prefer. While it does surely provide better protection than lighter cases, I find myself constantly removing the case so that I can comfortably hold it for extended periods of time. This leads to my seccond issue with the case, which is that it's somewhat difficult to remove. It catches on the edges of the tablet and the screen has popped off in two corners of my tablet on a several occassions. While it easily snapped back in each time, this isn't something that I like happening regularly. It could easily lead to breaking the tablet permanently (which has no warranty). If you know the extra weight won't bother you and you want something slim and rugged that you intend to leave on permanently, then it's a great option. Otherwise, if you're goinig to be using your tablet regularly and want something that's ultra-light and comfortable to hold (that offers at least a little protection) I would recommend looking for a different option.
