If you want to make cheese and are not a cheese expert, this work great, as good as expensive rennet, just search some recipes in internet and you are good to go!

I used to buy Junket vanilla flavor custard powdered mix but can no longer find it in supermarkets. I decided to try these tablets instead. The pamphlet of directions has small red print on a pink and white background and is difficult to read. Be sure to read the "helpful hints" section. I'm glad I read this since whole milk is best and make sure it is not ultra-pasteurized. Many milks today are ultra-pasteurized and this will prevent the custard from setting. Has a nice flavor and tastes like what I remember.

I have tried to make cheese twice. It hasn't formed correctly yet. I have to go back to the drawing board.

I use this to make essentially chocolate junket and it comes out just like I remembered.

I remember my Mother making Junket dessert pudding from a pre-flavored mix over 50 years ago, so I thought I'd try this. The mix is no longer available, so one has to create one's own flavors now, but the directions are clear and good. The product came out tasty, too. However, considering the Buyer supplies almost all the ingredients, it's a bit on the pricey side when all you get is the coagulant. Depends on how much you want to eat it.

Carefully followed the recipe and this product did not work. Milk did not thicken at all. Tried it the second time adding 3 times as many tablets as the recipe called for, still no thickening. This was a waste of time and money.

Like that the tabs are individually wrapped and perfect for making homemade cheese.
