Design Essentials Rosemary & Mint Conditioner 64oz (1.8kg)

Had it previously. Came out as two separate otem compared to image but very good product. Strong and potent smell(loved mint and rosemary) and happy with results

This is a fantastic product that my hair loves. I bought the 32 oz container twice during lockdown directly from Design Essentials with no issue whatsoever. My last purchase was from Beauty World UK as it did not seem to be available from Design Essentials. I thought it would be cost effective to buy the 64oz container instead. Big mistake! As you can see from the pictures, what I received was a hot mess. There was more product inside the cardboard box that inside the container. I poured the usable product onto my empty 32oz container and there was quite a bit of room left to spare. I contacted Beauty World about the issue and have not heard from them since. And unless I try to return the hot mess to Beauty World UK, Amazon are unable to help. My advise is to wait until Design Essentials sells directly or at least avoid Beauty World UK and wait for a reputable supplier to provide this amazing product.

I always buy this when I travel to the states. I have been unable to get this in store. So happy I can get it here on amazon. Stimulates hair growth. Strengthens and softens my hair. Excellent for detangling. It also smells and feels great on my scalp. It is a bit pricey here but goes a long way.

I've used this hair conditioner before and i really like it. It moisturizes my hair and it cools my scalp slightly (which helps with itching, I have eczema in my scalp.) So when I ordered a larger amount I was very surprised to see that the top pretty much fell of during shipping. There wasn't anything to stop the top from twisting (like a plastic wrap on the lid or even stickers on the lid and top.) Since this was shipped by amazon I suppose that means it was meant to be shipped like that? I hope they improve the packaging in the future.

*Update after replacement received * 11/13/23 The tub comes half filled! I won’t be ordering the big one anymore. I’ll stick with the smaller tub that’s filled to the top. (Original review) I love this conditioner. I bought the 2lb tub and little while ago and thought I’d get a bigger size to last me longer. It smells heat and I also love the tingle from the peppermint. I was all excited and everything when my new order arrived…….. until I opened it. The 4lb tub was only half full. I hope it’s not supposed to be like that. If it is, the size of the tub it’s deceptive. I put in for a replacement. I hope the new one is full. If not, then I guess it’s supposed to be half full. If that’s the case they really should change the packaging.

The product is great but the packaging isn’t. The top was off and more product was in the box than in the jar. This is totally unacceptable for a 73 dollar container of conditioner. Check the container before shipping please.

I bought this product just this week and upon opening the container it’s like 1/4 of it is gone already. The container comes about 3/4 full and for $80.00 I would expect better and more. That’s a lot of money to spend and not get a full container. A little disappointing.

Product arrived damaged. The lid was opened and the product was spilled. Very expensive purchase to lose that amount of product.
