Really like this with modifications (Update October 19, 2022)
Original Review (April 13, 2021)The idea is great, implementation is so-so for my case. If you are planning to use this in a cold/hot shoe mount, on the top of your camera, this works really well. I have other needs. I added a NATO clamp since I have NATO rails on the top and bottom of my camera. I want the option to use either depending on angle of view of screen. The main problem is the 1/4"-20 female on this is on the cold shoe; the bottom of it. That doesn't make sense since once you add a clamp or anything else via that 1/4"-20, you are distancing the mirror away even more from the camera and the angle of the mirror needs to be really sharp minimizing the view of the screen. Too bad the cold shoe on this isn't attached via a 1/4"-20; that way you could remove the cold shoe and add whatever you'd like with a 1/4"-20 screw. Nope. Cold shoe is attached to frame with possibly a 2mm hex screw. I am keeping it, but I know I will not use it as often as I wanted. 3 stars.Updated Review (May 5, 2021)Decided to modify this manually. Took off the cold shoe and then drilled using a 1/4" drill bit where the 2mm screw was located. Attached a NATO clamp and this is what I wanted originally! Now I am happy. I didn't have a need for the cold shoe attachment, so I threw that part away. Do this at your own risk. It worked for me, but that doesn't guarantee it will for you. 4.5 stars.Updated Review (October 18, 2022)Bought another one and made the same modifications. I have two cameras with the same exact configuration (cages, rails, etc.) and both work really well for my needs. Now 5 stars, but not perfect. Still wish they came out with bracket that connects via 1/4"-20 rather than those tiny screws.

Best for content creation
Hey guys, if you're into making TikToks and videos for social media, you'll love the NICEYRIG selfie mirror. It's super easy to use and comes with a mount that fits right on your phone. You can flip it around to see yourself from any angle while you're filming, and it's great for taking selfies too - perfect for snapping some pics with your friends. Plus, it's really sturdy so you don't have to worry about it breaking. Give it a try and see how much better your videos can be!"

Great idea!
I like the idea but I found it difficult to use.

Worthless for intended purpose
All the reviews say it's impossible to capture what's in the mirror for the review... well, let me tell you that this is useless. If you are framed in the camera, you cannot see the mirror. If you are not framed, then why would you not just go around to the other side of the tripod?

Complete waste of money!
It’s probably a good tool for someone else but NOT for me.

Lifesaver for filming yourself
I've been using this setup with my iPhone 14 Pro to film content by myself and this is a truly a lifesaver. I don't have anyone else to help me film content so this accessory is great. If you are a content creator or just like to film videos on your mobile phone or camera and don't have an external field monitor this is a great option for the price.

Mirror works as advertised.
I have a YouTube channel and use my cell phone as a second camera. Using the the nicer cameras on the back of the cell phone gives me great results but I can’t see the screen when recording. This mirror allows you to make sure your camera is on and framed correctly every time. Well worth the money.

good idea but poor design function
this may work for smart phones but for a larger bodied device like a canon eos t6 it needs to be redesigned for better view of mirror. a fully articulating bracket that can be adjusted to be further back away from rear of camera to either left or right side being an option and maybe a dual sided mirror where one side is magnified type of mirror. as it is now with the short bracket its basically gonna be useless for me. i will keep it only because i will most likely be doing a re design myself on the item. but not very thrilled with the price point for such a limited functionality of these brackets and mirror size. good idea sure we have all had the idea ourselves but this could have been so much more better with just some common sense would have been put into design.
