Excellent Customer Care
We purchased the black satin cast iron casserole dish with lid and the roaster dish. Delivery was very quick and my wife and I were very pleased with the casserole dish but had a slight issue with the roaster.I contacted Chabrias/Samuel Groves on the Monday and Emma was so prompt understanding and extremely helpful so much by Thursday a replacement roaster was on my doorstep.You can’t get any better than that especially in these times of Covid. Excellent customer care which I am sorry to say goes out the window with a lot of firms today, big and small.I have no hesitation in recommending their cast iron cookware range, quality is good and the price is good. You would pay several times over for similar items by other manufacturers! The bonus is they are British. We will be purchasing more items from their range in the future.Thank you again Emma, you are a credit to your employers.

Worces on induction hobs
The handles are not included with the site so didn't fit in my oven. Easy to mac gravy with induction hob and has non-stick properties

Solid, heavy, well made.
What's not to like. It's solid, very heavy, large, well made. Fine in the oven and on an induction hob, so perfect for roasting a joint of meat then making the gravy afterwards. It's quite wide, so worth baring that in mind - make sure it'll fit in your oven!
