You can't go wrong with a Pete the Cat book! They always have a good story line. Kids love them! Including my grand son who asked me to get him Pete the Cat books for him to read!This book is soft cover & has paper pages. Came to me in great condition & by the promised date. I highly recommend this seller!

I was able to read to them on zoom. The book is entertaining with lots of picture. Our 3 yr old boy is a diving devotee with his own diving costume, with goggles and fins. He watches diving instructional video on you tube for fun. His 6 year old brother loved it too. It is a good introduction to lots of kinds of sea life. The 6 year old enjoyed reading a few of the lines.

He thinks it’s hilarious the seahorse is behind him the whole time. I mean like laughs out loud the whole book kind of hilarious. He can’t wait to read it when he sees it on the shelf. It never disappoints, lol.Oh sorry for the spoiler ;)

This is a cute little story for early readers or young kids. Pete the cat goes on a scuba adventure looking for a seahorse but can't find one. Little does he know but the sea horse is following him around at all times. My kids giggled on each page as Pete can't find the seahorse that is tickling him on the foot. This is about right for a 1st grade reader. It isn't all phonetic 1 and 2 syllable words, but the words and sentences repeat and are pretty simple.We love Pete the Cat and this one is another early reader winner

This is one of my kiddos favorite Pete “I Can Read” books. (And we have several!)

Pete the cat goes scubba diving and wants to see a seahorse. The fun part is that the seahorse is on every page but Pete does not see it. Little kids get very excited about finding the seahorse and trying to tell Pete it is right there. Personally i wish the animals were more accurately represented as seahorses rarely ever swim up high in open water out of the safety of sea grass etc. But I understand that was necessary to create enjoyment in the book for the kiddos.

Cute story. We’ve had this book for awhile now and my son can read it back to me now.

Lindo livro, usado para alfabetização de crianças. Não é prime, acredito que a criança deva começar a ler por um livro mais simples.

Allow vocab practice and kids have fun in the process.

Love it! My son loves Pete the cat and all the sea creatures he meets going scuba diving. Great illustration and simple words.
