Good slim case for the Dell XPS 9300
First off, they did fix the 90° opening problem. You know you've got the right model if there's a -21 on both the top and bottom case. (Picture above) Vents and ports are all accounted for including two cutouts for the mics at the very top. I do wish an additional two rubber feet were placed on the lift as there are cutouts for it but no rubber feet. One customer said laptop will have more heat build up which is a small given similar to if someone wears a shirt with holes in it vs someone not wearing a shirt. The cutout for the vents do stop about an inch and half from the ends but they try and make up for it with added holes on the bottom protector. (Picture above) The top protector is light enough where it doesn't pull or push my laptop screen down but this applies to the 9300. One customer said it does pull his laptop screen for the 9310 so possibly the different models are affected differently from the case. The laptop will close all the way if it's sitting how a normal laptop does sit. (picture above) The only time it doesn't is if you're placing it on its back hinge-like how I am in the picture. So it's not really a concern for me as it never sits in that position for myself. The plastic itself is technically a hardcover but is super thin and would probably crack or break if you were to drop your laptop. It clips on very easily and has no gaps when on the laptop which is something I really like since it's easy to remove if you wish to clean it and won't scratch the material on the laptop.

DOESN’T SCRATCH, FITS SNUG, GREAT DESIGN, GREAT BUILD QUALITY.
I’ve never been more satisfied with a product in my life. Honestly, I expected a loose fitting cover that kept my new XPS 13 protected. What I received was a Beautifully designed and crafted cover that fits my laptop perfectly. Couldn’t ask for a better cover. I bought the clear cover, if I didn’t use the feet you would barely know it was on. EXTREMELY HAPPY, THANK YOU VERY MUCH ‼️‼️ PS, The cover snaps on & off easily but snug. It doesn’t scratch or mark my laptop, This was my biggest concern. AGAIN THANK YOU

Great Case
Great case. It does it’s job and protects my laptop from scratches. The only annoying thing is that the grips at the bottom of the case always comes off.

New Dell XPS 13 Owners BEWARE!
After seeing the updates reviews of this product resolving the 90 degree angle opening issue, I decided to finally purchase a transparent protective case for my specific New Dell XPS 13 model. I should’ve listened to the reviews and held back despite my high hopes. The transparent polycarbonate is not sleek at all and leaves tons of fingerprints! The cover almost diffuses the sheen luxury look of the XPS laptop. If you have laptop decals and stickers, they will be very blurry to see from the transparent case. The low quality, look, and feel is similar to household plastic Tupperware. The New Dell XPS 13 laptop already has a major overheating problem that gets worsened from the inaccurate vent hole cutouts along the back and side of the bottom mold. At one point while closing the laptop, there was a noticeable amount of tension on the hinges and I felt like my part of my laptop or the mold was about to snap! The side bottom latches of mold stick out to much and prevent the laptop from fully closing! Luckily the material was cheap enough not to damage the carbon fiber interior of the laptop. I would take more photos and a video to demonstrate but wanted to avoid any potential damage to the device. If you’re looking for a protective, durable, quality mold, this is NOT the solution! I ended up using a soft padded laptop sleeve as my form of protection instead.

Good for Coverage not so good for full movement
So I got this case just to protect my computer and to add stickers. Turns out that the bottom part of the case has extensions that go on the hinge of the laptop. This prevents it from opening as far as it is able. Lucky for me I have a Dremel and was able to remove the extra plastic and now I can open it all the way. If you plan on buying be aware that this is going to be a problem.

Doesn't fit my Dell XPS 9310 2 in 1
The case is too small but as far as I can see, the case is slim and translucent. I doubt I would've had issues with it aside from the tablet mode issue. It has a ton of vents at the bottom but I don't know if it's enough to keep it cool since I couldn't get it on.
