Love these tabs
These are great tabs they are reusable and can last a really long time with repeated use. They come in fun colors I love pastel shades. They are strong enough to stay put on the page you place them on but gentle enough not to damage the paper. I recommend these and love using them for books, notebooks, planners, filing , etc etc. they can be used for so much! It's so nice being able to quickly flip open to the page you want. Very easy to remove. Very functional. Awesome.

Tabs that you write on both sides!
Although still pretty pricey, the price is better than in office supply stores. I like the Avery Mini Ultra Tabs because you can write on both sides. Wonder why Post-It notes hasn't figured that out (maybe a patent issue?). Just wish Amazon had more colors to choose from.

Sizing
When I was looking at these, I couldn't decide which size to get so I got the 1" and 2". I could see from the picture that the tab itself was smaller than the overall dimension stated but couldn't find anywhere that specified how wide the actual tab was.So here it is....The tab on the 1" x 1 1/2" is actually 9/16" wide at the narrowest point at top, 3/4" at the bottom. The tab on the 2" x 1 1/2" is actually 1 9/16" wide at the narrowest point at the top, 1 3/4" at the bottom. The part applied to the page is 1" and 2" respectively. So how much difference is 5/16", really? Am I nit-picking? It *can* make a difference depending on how much you need to write on the tab or how big your writing is. Having used 1" mini Post-Its for labels, which were the perfect size, really illustrates the point for me.... I don't know if I'll be able to squeeze my info in on the 3/4" wide tab....I wish 1" tabs were really 1"!

Go-to tabs
I always get either the metallic or pastel versions of these. They stick on much better than any other tabs I've tried. This may be is why sometimes a little stickum from one's back is sometimes found on the front of the next, but that's easily rubbed off and they can be easily repositioned. Both sides are equally writable. Some of the metallic ones are be a bit dark to write on, but my biggest complaint is not being able to buy them in bulk. They're great for frequently-used reference books. My advice is to use an ultra-fine permanent marker and write a few tabs at a time before placing them on the page, so they don't smear--this is a slightly annoying process, but the end result is worth it to me.

Perfect Tabs for Books or Bullet Journals
I have a weird obsession with stationery and accessories, and I got pretty excited when I learned about these bright, repositionable tabs. I'm using them for my bujo (bullet journal) to mark reference pages and although I don't need to reposition them that much, I've noticed it's been really easy to do when necessary. I was skeptical since some sticky notes left residue on my planner pages while others pulled the ink (and even sometimes the top layer of the paper) off the page when removed - but these stay put, yet come off easily and cleanly, leaving the paper and ink intact. It's a science miracle. The bright colors are awesome and exactly as pictured, and the tab part is clear. I haven't tried writing on them, but the paper feels as if that wouldn't be a problem. It's also very well constructed and stands up to the beating it takes daily, being tossed around in my bag. With these tabs I can quickly find important pages without hunting around. I love it!I love these and will definitely use them for my next journal. I also bought the larger tabs for when I want to write more on them.

Great for nursing school
I love these little guys.I'm a very meticulous nursing student (I'm often the joke of the class of how organized I am and how much of a perfectionist I am, until someone needs to know when somethings due of course lol). Each week we have a test in each class and each week they are over several chapters. I use dividers in my binders for each test and then I use these at the top of the pages for each area being covered that week, plus to organize study guides and hangouts thst go along with the week. Last term my binder has a sea of these tabs at the top and it wss so helpful with studying for finals. I've done the same this term and even some of my classmates have adapted using that. Freaking nerds...But seriously.I like these are thick paper and not costed like some of the other brands. I use an ultrafine sharpie to label.
