Excellent quality gloves
I think Pro-Mex gloves are excellent value for the money and seem pretty durable. They are comfortable and provide padding for my partner and me. No complaints. The blue is very nice. It fits me well.

My favorite gloves
I bought these and Fairtex BGV9s the same day. I love these more. I also bought some Ring To Cage C17s after and overall these are my favorite although they all have pros/cons. I also have Sanabul Essentials which are good for the money. Pros: - Snug and slimmer profile to my others but not tight/restrictive. Very comfortable. - Squishy and not too dense. I think they would be good for sparring but I’m hitting the heavy bag and reflex bag. Cons: - material and snugness inside can make your hands a little sweaty. That’s about the only con I can think of. My reviews best to not best: - ProMex(can’t say for sparring as I haven’t yet) - Ring to Cage(pillowy and very comfortable, probably best for sparring but seem they may not last on a heavy bag) - Fairtex BGV9(not comfortable for me, hurts my left hand, finger bar is weird. Although they are firmer and seem to have thicker leather than the others so I think they would last longer in a heavy bag). - Sanabul Essentials($30 gloves for a heavy bag, comfortable and I love the inside lining, worth the money, seem durable).

Comfortable & protective, just not very durable at all
Very comfortable gloves, great amount of protection for the hands (& your sparring partners) plus they look really nice! Problem is that the padding started to break down after about 6 weeks of use while I was getting ready for a fight. Bubbling, dimpling, hard spots, all that awful kind of thing. Granted that was after 6 weeks of pretty hard work, but even at this price point that's pretty poor durability. I think these would do decently well as a dedicated sparring glove, but if you're going to be hitting pads & the heavy bag they're not going to last very long.

Great Gloves for the Price
Excellent gloves for heavy bag at a pretty reasonable price. Protects the knuckles well for heavy punchers. I’m sure there are better “elite” level gloves but expect to pay much more. These will be more than adequate for most.
