My screen cleaning tools plastic outer casing came with a medium sized crack in the acrylic. However I don't think thats the sellers fault I think Amazon didn't package it very well (no bubble wrap just a paper envelope). Anyway this is still a five star product its innovative and does what its suppose to really well. I keep it in my bag and clean off my MacBook and iPad when they get dirty which sadly happens way to often. It doesn't leave the screen spotless there is still some smear lines but its pretty damn good. One of my favorite parts about the product is that you can change the liquid cleaner that comes in the device. Good priced awesome product for keeping your devices clean on the go. Pro Tip, add a tiny amount of White Vinegar to water for an awesome cleaning solution thats safe for all devices

Easy to use and effective

I just got this because I really liked the product design and the good reviews. But those reviews did not disappoint. As soon as I got my package I opened this up and used it. It works really well and it's so unbelievably handy. I cleaned all the laptop screens and phone in the house because it was so easy to use. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is how or what I can do to clean the microfiber outside.

So handy! You don’t have to have a separate microfiber cloth, it’s built right it! Love it. Only problem is after one year my first one got stuck and stopped spraying and the company would not give me another insert so I had to buy a whole new one. They told me to fix it myself and I really tried but couldn’t. So, great product, not so great customer service.
